Omg! I make a order, was a combo and y asked for my loaded fries and after that another lady call our order and tell me my fries can’t be loaded she also gave me the 4 smallest pieces he had never go back

I’ve been going to this Zaxbys for a couple years now, and every time I’ve gone it’s been a good experience. The staff are friendly, the drive through moves quickly, and the food is always hot. The prices are about the same as McDonalds but the food quality is much better.

I ordered delivery from this location and the food was too salty to eat. Everything was oversalted! The chicken strips, the shrimp and the fries. Are they trying to kill us? You can't undo oversalted food and this establishment is not cheap. What a waste of money. I am irate about this horrible quality food.

Went to this location January 1st 2025 absolutely the worst Zaxby's I've ever had my boneless wings didn't even have the sauce they were supposed to have

Placed a mobile order, ordered a large fry and this is literally how many cold fries they gave me, that’s not even a normal order of fries??

Great experience . Ordered a lot of food for our roofing crew and Brenda helped out amazingly. Her customer service is absolutely fantastic. She helped me sort everything while remaining patient and friendly aswell as helping me bring the food to my car. Definitely deserves a raise. The food came out fast and was great, everything was correct and fresh. Highly recommended.

The lobby closed at 9 PM, but the drive-thru was still open. I ordered the Mr. Beast box and my family got the kids meal, the 5 piece chicken fingers, and the chicken finger taco, and the food came out super fast and really hot. I usually never have a problem with Zaxby's unless they’re short-staffed. I've tried most of their food items.

Horrible experience.

Got there at 9:05 waited about 12 minutes in the drive-through. Received the wrong food and found a piece of hair after checking when I was almost getting home.

Turn back around and waited another 15 minutes in the drive-through to tell him that I had the wrong food and about the hair. They then told me that they couldn’t do anything if I didn’t have the receipt which I would never received the receipt, I paid with Apple Pay. And then they brought Manager over who had attitude since she came over, and she asked to see the piece of hair and for the receipt at least two times. Both times telling her I didn’t receive one. Then she said there was nothing she could do if I didn’t have a receipt. Wasted $10 on a meal I didn’t even receive or get to eat.

Come on Zaxby’s, own up to your mistakes and make things right.
