Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s while ordering the Buffalo Zax Pack! The food was fresh, delicious, and flavorful. Amber provided exceptional service—she was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her cheerful attitude really enhanced my visit. I’ll definitely be returning for another Buffalo Zax Pack soon!

I received a 5 piece boneless meal. Well idk what I received honestly but my meat was hard and old. I couldn’t even eat it.

SOOO SLOW!!!! Slowest service I’ve ever seen. And what’s the point of a dual lane drive-through if the lanes are backed up all the way around the store and you have one closed? At a brand new store. I tell you these places like Chick-fil-A and Zaxby’s they came out on fire. And now or just going straight to crap. I’m praying that at least my food is fresh.

Ordered the tacos from the app. They got my order wrong but fixed it. Earl the cashier was awesome but manager was not so friendly...didn't smile or apologize. Food was great but a bit under portioned

This place near me has bad service,
they won’t let us make another food after we order a food at the location while ordering online. We don’t recommend anyone to come to New Berlin to order food their and buying their food online.

ordered the 10 piece wing meal. Came out COLD with no fries, no toast. were tiny mostly breading drenched in CoLD sauce Gross.

First off my order was wrong. Secondly, ONE sauce for an order of a traditional wings, fries, bread meal (which there was no sauce on my mild tongue torch wings!) and an order of extra fries ?! And 3rd for my medium sweet tea I had two sips and done, I thought I ordered sweet tea but apparently it was a cup of ICE w a tint of sweet tea! Very disappointing especially because it’s been open for less than a year I believe.

It was clean inside, the staff were friendly, and I’ve never had a better sandwich at any other Zaxbys, my only thing is I’d wish they’d put more seasoning on the fries. Otherwise it was a great experience

Went through the drive through ordered the 10 piece meal I get home there's no fries, no toast just wings. They charged me 20.00 for just wings! Then I tried to call and the phone number doesn't work. Absolutely horrible service!

ok< this is kinda long so let me get started. i visted the New Berlin location in Jacksonville Fl on Sunday Aug 4th 2024. ordered the Chicken finger alvacato tacos, got to the window and the guy told me they had made the wrong ones...no biggie. I told them that id go ahead and take them. the guy comes back and tells me that they had already thrown them in the trash...again no biggie. I told them ok ill pull up and wait for the other ones. It wasnt no more than 20 or 30 sec. and they brought my order. I was hungry so I scarfed one down real quick and realized they was not the alvacados but the chipolte ones. theres no way on earth they made them in the time it took them to get them out to me. They took the ones they threw away and gave them to me. I went back and when I walked in you should of seen the deer in the head lights look the guy that worked the window gave me. I got the Gen. Managers email and Phone number and Im gonna suggest to her (Lisa O'rourke) that someone should be fired cause that is the worst thing that can happen.
