I don’t normally write reviews but I come here sometimes after work for dinner and the staff here is so friendly and nice! Everytime I go through the drive thru, they’re always so quick and I’d say about eight times out of ten, they’re always showering me with compliments. I know that isn’t really their job to do that, but this specific location really has the best customer service!! They know what they’re doing!

Its the third time I have been here because its close to the house every time I have had people with bad attitudes take my order and every time I spend a $1 to get sause cause its not free I guess but I never get it this is the worst location I have ever been to all kids working here and seem like there life sucks because they have to be there

I walked inside to order lunch and had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone would talk to me before rudely being told they were only taking cash orders. Before I could ask any questions they walked away. This isn't the first time the staff has had an unfriendly attitude.

I really like Zaxby's usually this is the second time I've been to this Zaxby's on New Berlin and I should have looked at the ratings. Food was mediocre. It was 11:30 you would think the food would be fresh and hot. unfortunately it was not.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s while ordering the Buffalo Zax Pack! The food was fresh, delicious, and flavorful. Amber provided exceptional service—she was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her cheerful attitude really enhanced my visit. I’ll definitely be returning for another Buffalo Zax Pack soon!

Food is always fresh and good.. Staff is phenomenal and the store is always clean.. highly recommend this location in Oceanway
