Very tasty fried crab. Option to fry the crab with seasonings. We had the butter garlic fried crab and wow. They were flavorful and juicy. Will go back next time I'm in the area. Friendly atmosphere and Customers shared their favorites and ended up getting a watermelon can drink as suggested. It was good also!

I will start with prices. They don't get better than this place. Definitely is a hole in the wall type joint. But you get your bang for your buck. I got 30 shrimp for $14. Service was slow, it was a 2-person show. And the location and customers were a little scary.

I found them on Google while searching for a good meal before heading back to my hometown... And Boy! Oh Boy! This place hit all the marks!!
We were looking for a sit-down restaurant and it turns out this is a "take away" spot but when we saw the huge crab leg clusters and huge shrimp we had to give them a try... While asking about the offerings we immediately bonded with the (manager? or owner? perhaps) person that helped us! He even gave us directions to a beautiful little hidden away spot to eat our seafood bounty!!
The food is truly dig in, "I'm-happy-to-get-messy" kind of delicious!!
Today we had lunch together and they were STILL thinking and talking about the Crab and Shrimp we got at Zebo's!! 24 hours later!! The person I was with didn't even want to eat the shrimp that were available on the buffet. When I asked why not (because usually they eat them there) they said they wouldn't even compare to Zebo's and they would rather remember the those!

When I tell you I was very impressed with my Blue Crabs and Fried Shrimp platter...believe me. They were seasoned perfectly. I have been in Jacksonville for almost 2 years and had not had food taste this good. Kudos to the young lady running the Crab Shack with no help. She held it DOWN. Great customer service.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. This time I went and got fried crabs. The flavor was good but the crabs were empty inside.
I love this place,I wish they would take more time and decide how they want to make the recipe for garlic sauce because right now it seems that they throw together pepper Rica and salt and imitation butter the other places use real butter and have a nice thought out sauce people who enjoy garlic crabs love the sauce yours is not soft it's just throw together with a lot of salt
