This is a very chill spot! The service was top notch 👌 This was my first time eating here and the food did not disappoint!! Our server Erica was very attentive and friendly. We tried the chicken soup dumplings, beef pan fried dumplings(my personal favorite), stir fried green beans,sweet and sour baby ribs, signature bao pan fried, the chicken fried rice and the Mongolian beef. The signature bao pan fried and the beef pan fried dumplings are a must try! We didn't care for the ribs and the server removed them. The fried rice had corn which was different probably would ask to omit it next time and the Mongolian beef was tasty 😋.

Zen Dumpling was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. Our server, Shy, made the whole experience even better. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Shy’s great service combined with the amazing food made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had Mark as a waiter. He gave a few recommendations on the menu and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Mark was a phenomenal waiter and took great care of us, and even threw in some good conversation and a few jokes. The food was incredible and tasted so fresh. This will become a new regular for us!

What a great spot, really something different and delicious.
My first visit did not go well, because I had no idea what I was ordering and the white staff wasn’t that helpful. However, my second visit with my daughter, things took a turn for the better and we had a wonderful waitress who walked us through the menu and we loved everything that we got..
The restaurant is located at a strip center near Baymeadows Road and Douthside Blvd, with plenty of parking. The dining room is clean and they have icons on your table so you can pull up the menu.
So here are some notes on the food:
Tea - I drink hot tea and they had delicious choices. Green beans - trust me, ORDER THIS DISH, so good. Soup Buns - we had shrimp and pork and thought they were great. Steamed Dumplinfs - we tried tge veggies and I think they were great. Wok - great choices, but note these are full portions, so it is a lot of good choices
On my first visit, I ordered wrong and regretted it. The next time, I engaged the waitress snd she made great recommendations rations. It was like a night and day experience.

As an asian couple that came here to enjoy food for lunch together we were very disappointed and could probably make better food at the house from costco then to come here again. I have found this place off tiktok and was coming to see what the hype was about but once we got there the head waitress was trying to upsale and push items onto us which we did not want. Secondly we asked for Two Thai Teas which we waited for 20 mins to get and have already eaten all the food until we had to point out to the waitress that they have been sitting on the counter. we tried a little of everything, the chili cucumbers and chili wonton were the only two items we liked out of the 80$ bill.
The sweet and sour short ribs barely had any meat and the whole place just seemed too social media based with no good quality food. Highly disappointed. once we had gotten our check we only tipped 5$ because of the disappointment of service and quality. once the head waitress saw how little we tipped she clearly had an attitude and no longer came to the table.
I would not recommend this place for dumpling you’d be better off going to walmart and trader joe’s for cheaper/ better quality dumplings then this.
