Nicholas was so awesome and professional with us when we visited Zest today! He was very knowledgeable of all the food that they were selling. It was our first time and he made our visit a pleasure. The food was delicious! Loved the tropical mango smoothie and the shaved ribeye! 😋😋 Nicholas made a great smoothie!

Nicholas was very helpful and polite. He took my order and gave me excellent service. Emily made me a delicious lamb shawarma that I throughly enjoyed. Every two months I visit Mayo Clinic and always have lunch and dinner at the Zest. Great food and good service.

The convenience of it being in the hospital is great. However, it is extraordinarily high-priced. It's bad enough the hospital charges you to park then you find out you have to pay prices like 9$ for chicken salad or 6$ for oreos.

Ordered toasted bagel w cream cheese. Given bagel, asked for cream cheese. Disappeared into back of kitchen. 10 min later, we are out of cream cheese. Told her I don’t want bagel. “There are no refunds.” Just left bagel and walked away. Another disappointing attempt at food at Mayo. They should just give up. JUST STAY AWAY
