I love this Zoe’s but I wished they paid more attention to the Uber orders. I put my order as no tomato’s or olives. It seems like I got extra of those and no onions on my salad ( which is my favorite part ). I asked for double of the red pepper hummus in the trio which I didn’t get. I also asked for a side of the Zoe’s spices and extra salad dressing since it’s not offered on their online menu. I just feel disappointed cause I spent a lot of money on this meal just to be meh. This has happened a few times when ordering to go but I let it slide.

We had to ask wait at the counter to be waited on as they were busy with takeout orders, but our food came out quick and the server was very nice. Food was good as expected. We come here about every week for salad and entree.

Love their fresh light options. All the meat is pretty much cooked to order, their side dishes offer a variety of options, I enjoy most of them. Their sauces are good too. I always get the hummus trio. The chicken salad is on point here too. Parking is right outside the drive thru is for picking up to go orders only. Clean bathroom. Nice knowledgeable staff. Getting into this location from the street is shared with another restaurant so traffic gets a little heavy in there.

Went in for drinks, left with laughs! Very friendly crew, time was much enjoyed! Clean environment and peaceful atmosphere makes it difficult NOT to have a great experience! My girlfriend wanted the limeade which was very tart (how she likes it), and I myself settled for Sprite. Both drinks were great! Arrived 30mins before close and still was greeted with great cust. service; incredible! Will visit again!

We will never visit Zoe's again. Unfortunately, we were not even able to try the food. The service was terrible and the employees were rude (2) of them to the point we walked out mid order. They were not even busy... we will not be back

The food here is amazing. It is some of the best food ever, especially for food that you can get with just a few minutes of lead time. I had chicken, the navy beans which if you like rosemary you have to try them they are amazing. Just get the grilled potato salad... It sounds a little different but it is incredible. My go to sauce is the tzatziki sauce. I also got hummus with pita, everything was really really good and everything has always been really good every visit.Now, I don't know what's going on with this location in particular, but their bell was broken to tell them that they had someone in the drive-thru, there was no limeade, and then the parking lot situation with the Chick-fil-A next door is an issue. The Chick-fil-A customers park Zoe's parking lot, they drive through Zoe's parking lot where you can barely get in or out. It was terrible. Granted I was there at lunch time but Chick-fil-A really needs to do something to keep their customers out of Zoe's kitchens parking lot.

Love zoes kitchen- it is a must when in Jacksonville. Plenty of healthy Mediterranean options and the food is always fresh and is reasonably priced. Cauliflower rice bowl was filling, had a lot of flavor, and was super delish.

Got 2 kebabs combo I picked spicy chicken & BBQ harissa chicken. Both of kebabs where dry and lack any flavor. So much that couldn't tell difference between the two. It came 2 sides I got fire roasted corn and braised white beans. They where good but they tell fire roasted corn is served cold not. Also got grilled potato salad not good nothing about that potatoes where grilled. Best thing I fire roasted corn even served cold like corn salad.

Always serves good food with a decently short wait time. I eat here about every month and they can always accommodate for my gluten and dairy allergies.

Wow, I called tonight at 7:15 and I was the lucky caller to get the most Rudest employee at this establishment on the other end. Placed my orderI and was told they have no rice..I asked a couple questions about different items, it was like She was bothered,, so I placed my order and I said I have some rice at home the Next thing I know she yelled at me what kind of sauce..I said just cancel my order and I will try to order it tomorrow..Then she hung the phone up on me without saying sorry Or ok thank you sorry for Your inconvenience. I was there on Wednesday and placed my order in person And was advised they had no more roasted vegetables, At the same time as tonight However the young lady that took my order was very nice..I havevisited this location a few times never to be disappointed with the food whatsoever or service. I am unsure if I will visit this location again!! This is extremely poor service, you are representing an establishment that you work for it's not up to you to do something like that to cost your Employer Money!!!!

I absolutely love Zoe’s Kitchen. But I have been to this location multiple times and my order is never right. The last two times I’ve been, all 3 items in our orders were incorrect. I finally complained about it this last time and the girl was very unhelpful and clearly did not care at all. Skip this location if you want your food made correctly.
