“Went for lunch today. I had the legume, and my dining companion had the chicken. The staff was friendly, and we got a lot of food for the money. I asked for the pikliz at least three times, but I never got any. This was disappointing, because I really like pikliz. I suppose if I had ordered the griot, it just would have come as part of the meal. I made it clear I would have paid extra, but alas, no pikliz for me. I gave this four stars because the food we did get was really good. To be honest, we could have made two meals out of each serving. Next time I go, I'll definitely order the griot just so I can try the pikliz. You definitely will not leave here hungry, and the food quality was on point.“

“Trust me... don't fall asleep on this restaurant. This is by far the best tasting Jamaican food I've had in a long time!!! It's easy to judge the restaurant from the pictures and signage, but the chef Sony knows what he's doing. I asked him to just bring me food, and. Wow!!!“

“I live in Port St. Lucie and the Caribbean/Jamaican places don’t really bring what I’m looking for seeing as how I grew up down in Broward County. I always make an effort to stop here once a week after class in Stuart for lunch specials because although the portions could be a little bit bigger for 10 bucks the flavor kicks and when you walk in and sit down, you really feel like you’re a part of the family. They’re very friendly and it just reminds me of the places I’m used to down south.“

““Alabon!” is Creole for “God! It’s good!” And whether or not you speak the language that food IS very good! My whole family enjoys the meals day in day out. I never ate any dish in that restaurant that was not delightful. The patties are definitely the best in town. A great eating experience by all accounts.“

“This is one of my favorite go to when I have a taste or don’t feel like cooking Jamaican cuisine. My favorite dish is the soup in oxtails dinner
And the wait time is not bad depending on how many people are there cause it’s a very popular restaurant“

“Lady P Jamaican Jerk is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Port St. Lucie! Every time I travel from Boston, this is always my first stop because the food is absolutely worth it. The jerk chicken is smoky, tender, and perfectly seasoned with just the right spice. The curry goat is rich, flavorful, and fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the beef patties are flaky, golden, and packed with savory filling. Of course, the rice and peas and sweet fried plantains bring it all together for a meal that feels like true home-cooked Jamaican food.
What makes Lady P’s even more special is the people. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and the owner goes out of her way to treat everyone like family. You can taste the love and pride in every dish, and you feel it in the way they care for their customers.
The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a true island vibe. Lady P Jamaican Jerk isn’t just a place to eat, it’s an experience—and it’s one I look forward to every single trip down to Florida. If you want the real taste of Jamaica with hospitality to match, this is the spot!“
