If you are going to charge an 18% gratuity, then the service needs to be better. Our service this afternoon was barely worth 10%. It took us 10 minutes to even be greeted by the host. Our waitress was inattentive, and multiple orders at our table was made incorrectly. This is the 4th time I’ve been to your establishment, but by far the worst experience I’ve had. Very disappointed and will likely not be back.
Came in for dinner, ended up on a scavenger hunt. They charge you $10 to park, but hey you get a $10 coupon for your meal, so I guess that evens out? Super welcoming.
Our server took our food and drink order at the same time, then vanished for the rest of the night after she brought the drinks. No refills, no check-ins, nothing. Went to Mulligans for first time for Happy Hour. Do not recommend. Waitress lied, or was clueless, about what drinks are included in HH choice and price. Same with the food ordered. They were not busy( maybe that’s why they upcharged everything). When we received the bill, the waitress was rude and confrontational. Asked to see the manager- he was worse! Worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. By far.
