Loved it… And of course there is no sharing IF you do the all you can eat!! We did the Al a carte…
Came in on a Thursday for lunch but decided to do the dinner menu as we wanted sashimi. The lunch menu did not offer the sashimi option. We did a combo of sushi and hotpot for 2, came out to $77. Which is not bad for the amount of food we ordered 😊. Umiya is a restaurant that offers sushi and hot pot, with an all you can eat option. The atmosphere is roomy, welcoming, modern, and comfortable. The staff are helpful, polite, friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring guests understand the menu and always have an order in and drinks full. The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with good portion sizes. Sushi options include the salmon roll, yellowtail on fire, pepper tuna, Tnt roll, and Cowboy Roll. Sashimi options include yellowtail, salmon, and tuna. The hot pot includes pork bone soup, a salad bar with plenty of options, a sauce and fruit/desert bar with a variety of flavors, and items like bak choy, bean sprouts, kimchee, lettuce, prime brisket, spam, clams, pork dumplings, pork loin, sliced beef belly, lamb, and shrimp. Soju is available in a lot of flavors, including yogurt. The tempura batter makes all their fried foods delicious and crispy, and the fried calamari is some of the best. The price to quality ratio is unbeatable. Umiya is definitely a restaurant to recommend and return to.
