This is my second review on this restaurant. This one is from our visit on 12/13/25. We were a group of 18 from the NPCC Ambassadors Christmas celebration. Every year my husband plans this celebration. We had an amazing experience at Aquasan Asian/Hawaiian Cuisine! The atmosphere was beautiful and immersive, perfectly setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable meal. The food was absolutely outstanding—rich in flavor, expertly prepared, and a wonderful representation of Asian fusion cuisine. Nicole the chef is an artist in the kitchen. Every dish we tried was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully presented. A special thank-you to Fiona, our waitress, who truly made the evening exceptional. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendly service and great recommendations made our visit even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Aquasan Asian/Hawaiian Cuisine and will definitely be returning. An outstanding dining experience from start to finish!
We started with the wrong foot when the hostess didn’t want to honor our reservation request to have a high top seating and she was not been nice. She called the manager and he checked our reservation through open table and confirmed our request. I had a knee surgery and needed to have my knee up. Thank God we got Manny as our server because he always goes out of his way to make you feel like home. Service is always more important than food. You may have great food and bad service and most likely you will not come back. The food was very good. It is an experience! Difference flavors and textures. I give them 5 Stars for service from Manny, quality of food and the right attitude of Danilo the manager.

We came here before the new ownership came. It was OK but never much more than that. We were going to return again to see if it has changed since the new owners. However, I am not able to eat gluten and upon making reservations I checked on whether there were gluten-free options and there really weren’t. The nice person I spoke with said that they could make only two items on the menu gluten-free. She then came back and said she was sorry, only one item could be made gluten free. I asked her if I could have fish with just lemon and butter and she told me they don’t have lemon and butter. Seriously?
Apparently, the new owners kept the previous chef, and she’s very stuck in her ways and not willing to accommodate to food allergies. It’s been five years now and there’s never been a gluten-free dessert on the menu. And most of people that work there don’t even know what gluten is.

Absolutely fabulous experience at this gem of a restaurant in Juno Beach. Dinner and drinks with my wife and daughter were exceptional. We tried a variety of dishes. I would HIGHLY recommend the ribs and the coconut rice. The empanada was also exceptional. We will definitely return!

We had a really nice dinner here. I think we ordered around 7 different items and 6 of them were amazing. The chicken and waffles were good just not amazing. However the duck fat fried rice was out of this world. The steak skewers my wife ordered were out of this world. Our friend ordered the KFC chicken and it looked and tasted on point and he is from South Korea.
My drink was also very tasty and came in a cool mug, it had Navy Strength Gin.
The service was a little slow but they were way understaffed due to the holiday and really did a great job and we were in no hurry. I am sure on a normal night with more than one waitress they are on top of it.

Place is beautiful, food is a 5 out of 10 but it looks great and the presentation was great. Taste is a 5. The service was bad, our waiter never checked on us and waited 20 plus minutes for the check before asking another waiter for the check. The portion size is laughable. We ordered the salmon poke cone and it was a tiny cone with salmon. Smaller than my pinky, no joke. Shrinkflation times ten. One and done for me.

Loved Aquasan! The space has a cute, upscale tiki vibe and the menu is packed with original, creative dishes and cocktails. I met up with a group of friends and we had an absolute blast - everything we tried was spectacular. Special shoutout to our server, Laisa, who was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!
