Very disappointing. I have had good meals here. But a recent visit was terrible. My dinner tasted like dish soap and the service was awful. The server basically threw the plates of food on the table.

What an incredible restaurant! Thoughtfully decorated, out of the world service (like the best on the coast), phenomenal food, and very affordable prices for the delicious meal that you are getting. Tom, our waiter, is an outstanding professional. We ALWAYS look forward to our dinners here!
WOW, my husband and I love trying out seafood restaurants in Jupiter/Juno and this place takes the cake. The service is great, manager goes around regularly making sure all tables are happy and restaurant is up to their standards. Our server (forgot his name) was extremely knowledgeable on the menu items, and super quick to offer options when I started to get picky. Everything came out fantastic and just as perfect as he explained it. There’s a lot of great seafood restaurants in the area within the same price range, but they truly execute combining the right flavors, textures, freshness, etc. It doesn’t have a fancy view or live music (if that’s what you’re looking for), but if your priority is the best food, come here. We loved the calamari and sauce that came with it, but the macadamia crusted grouper with the aioli sauce is the best fish I’ve ever had in my life. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This place is fantastic. We were there mainly for the dessert but as we ordered some appetizers, we were delighted with the food. The environment was great and the service as well.

First time here. The place was packed! Warm greeting from the hostess. Great service from our waitress and bus staff. The food came out timely and was delicious. We will be back!
Blown away by both food quality and portion size in our first experiende for a midweek dinner. Have had many people rave to me about the sweet potato crusted snapper and spinach maria, and both lived up to the hype!

I have been a loyal customer of Key Grille for over 10 years and have never had a reason to complain—until tonight. The steak I was served was horrible, far below the usual standard I have come to expect from this restaurant.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the manager’s response. Unlike most restaurants where the manager takes proactive steps to rectify such issues, I had to request his presence. When he finally came over, all I got was a cursory apology. No effort was made to make things right.
This is not the level of service I expect from a place I have frequented for over a decade. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these lapses and improve their customer service.
