Employee Sandra was extremely rude and made every customer feel like a burden. Went out of her way to be passive aggressive, and even repeatedly pounded her fists on the table when I had to change my coffee order from regular to decaf.

This has to be one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. From the atmosphere and staff to the coffee and kombucha’s I can’t recommend this place more. While I can’t speak for any of the pastries they did look and smell delicious. The other reviewers, who have commented on the staff, I want to give a second to as the two ladies that helped me both answered any and all questions I had with a smile, we’re happy and chatty, and even made some recommendations. I could not have had a more delightful experience. I really wish we lived closer. Next time I’m in the area I will make a point of visiting this coffee shop every morning.

I'm concerned on sugar content of the bowls. Would like to see options for healthy items pureed fruit without added sugar. Its always been sweet but it seems even sweeter. Quality of the food is always good.

One of the best crews in the PBC area! You're so glad to be there! Every member of the staff treats you with joy and expertise! My favorites are the frozen coffees. But the entire menu, coffees, teas, and food have been thoroughly enjoyed by all my companions and guests! Cheers to Papa Kwan's!
Sidenote: Outside, they keep the recycling and trash at the back of the cafe so no wasps pestering your outdoor dining experience. Brilliant!

Where to begin?! Breakfast was so tasty and great portion. Offered sample of cold brew to see which I liked. The service was phenomenal!!! You order at counter and food is brought to you, but was asked by 3 different employees if everything was good. Atmosphere was great!!! They even had love music outside. 20/10
