Have left countless voicemails, countless messages through your online contact form, countless emails with absolutely zero response. I have an order number confirmation from you and you have the money from my account. I have held off as long as possible in writing a review and stated that on my voicemails and emails and threw the contact form on your website. It’s really sad because this was my absolute favorite coffee shop while on vacation and I had planned on ordering coffee and merchandise from you in the future. This is my 5th voicemail and I have documentation of that. I also have documentation of multiple emails and multiple contacts via your website contact form. I will remove this review once this is rectified or my money refunded. Thank you.

i love papa kwans, i’ve been coming to this specific location for years! today is my birthday and i have a friend in town, so of course we celebrate by getting an açaí bowl from my favorite shop! today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. my friend and i sat outside to the side of the building waiting for our food when one of the servers, a blonde man with a mustache and a baseball cap hardly rears the corner and yells out an inaudible name, before we can even lift our heads he’s turned the corner and passed us. a couple minutes later he comes back, yells my name so we get his attention and he passive aggressively sets my food in front of me and in an extremely rude and frustrated tone told me to “help him out” that i needed to “raise my hand or something” and then storms away. the encounter left me so disappointed that i didn’t get to enjoy my açaí bowl and has left me slightly disdained from this location. from one server to another, i hope he has a better day.

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop, amazing food, and huge menu. Me and my family stopped in for breakfast/ lunch, we were all hungry for different things but they had something for each of us- Options for everyone!! The staff was very attentive and took very good care of us even though it is just a coffee shop. Must try!!!!!
