This place is complete RUBBISH! I can not understand how it has such a high ratings except for the novelty of a teahouse in Jup/Juno. This is my THIRD time here. Each time, it is progressively worse! Service is abysmal! Food portions are tinyyy! They don't even give one of each sandwich/scone to every person on the tower and soup is in the tinyest saucer you can imagine. It took over 1.5 hours just to be served our soup! Yall we pre-ordered everything a week in advance!! My daughter was in tears she was so hungry. There was only one other table, so they weren't busy! They don't even make these sandwiches to order as I saw multiple people carrying Tupperware full of sandwiches in the kitchen. The waitresses don't give refills and are sour puss faced. The croissant was stale, and the olive/goat cheese was disgusting. They only let us get 2 pots of tea for 7 ladies, and one was luke warm. I can't drink lukewarm tea. There was an 8/10 yr old girl at the counter working or making braceletes, but no one else to help. Don't even get me started on how we had to pay cash and split it ourselves at the table instead of letting us come to the counter to pay for our meals. What a nightmare! I will NEVER be back. $50 for a headache even in the name of tea and friends is not worth it!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the most charming tea party restaurant, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The cute aesthetics instantly transported me into a whimsical world, with adorable tea glasses that added a special touch to the experience. The finger foods were a true highlight—each bite-sized treat was bursting with flavor, from the savory selections to the sweet delicacies. The cucumber sandwiches were especially divine, so fresh and flavorful! The tea options were equally impressive, offering a wide variety that catered to every palate. I can't wait to go back and relive the magic of this enchanting place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect afternoon tea experience!

Attending a baby shower there on Saturday the food was good the waitress was awesome but around 1235 the next group barged in as we were trying to pack up and say goodbyes I thought this was so unprofessional of the owner not asking them to wait outside until we had left my daughter is also expecting a baby and I was considering having her baby shower there but after that experience I will be looking for a new location very unprofessional

First the positive: they make the BEST lemon blueberry scone I’ve ever had!Not sure what happened because this place came highly recommended, so we had a Mother’s Day tea here with our daughters. But really, this place is for adults- Probably a good time to note that a table of all adults was served before us, and the place was half empty. They served the girls (all around age 4) juice about 10-12 minutes after we were seated. And then brought their food 30 minutes, yes a solid 30 minutes later. Now we’ve been sitting for about 45 minutes- people who have children know- it’s really hard for little kids to sit still for that long with nothing to do! These poor girls were all sugared up with nothing to eat for way too long. So when they inevitably got up, started dancing to the music and being silly, they were reprimanded- LOUDLY- by one of the servers. She didn’t politely come by and ask us to seat the girls. She yelled it from halfway across the place. SUPER inappropriate, especially considering how long we’d been waiting for our food. We were there for a total of 1.5 hours because of how long our little sandwiches and premade pastries took to land on a tray and make their way to our table. Our little girls were done by the time we left, and nobody can blame them.Like I said, if you have adult children or wanna go with other adults, I’m sure this place is great. I do not recommend bringing a little one here.

Elegant, roomy English styled tea room. Food is delicious and fresh. Service is good. Varied menu. Variety of excellent teas served in a teapot. Served in China cups with a saucer. So civilized and elegant. A nice treat from the usual eatery. Worth a visit. Excellent tuna salad, my favorite. Just perfect amount of mayo.

I was very excited about having our teaparty. We had made reservations for 8, two people didn’t show up the day of. I was told immediately upon arriving that we would have to pay for the two that didn’t show up. I explained that no one *had explained that to me when I made the reservations.* At the end of it all— I was also automatically charged gratuity for the two that didn’t show up and wasn’t offered the two soups we paid for. All in all, they lost a customer today. You can’t run a business for long like this.
