The hostess situation leaves much to be desired! The communication was arrogant and disrespectful. They kept us waiting for 45 minutes after our confirmed reservation time without any ownership. They just shrugged as if this was acceptable. The front staff could use significant training in kindness, diplomacy and improved customer service. We ended up leaving without dining after 45 mins of waiting and were lucky to have a meal nearby…with an honored reservation, a warm greeting and delicious food. Too bad 1000 North! You lost loyal diners.

1000 North is easily my all time favorite restaurant. The food is consistently incredible. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s one of those places where you know you’re going to have an amazing meal before you even sit down.
I also love the bar scene. It has such a cool, fun, elevated energy. It’s a great spot whether you’re going for dinner or just drinks.
And if you sit outside, the water views are awesome. Such a great location and overall experience. I absolutely love this place and will keep coming back again and again!

We went to 1000 North for Valentine’s Day and decided to try lunch since we’ve always loved their dinner. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.
The salad from the set lunch was great, but the burger and fries were underwhelming. The burger was nothing special, and the fries were hard and overly salty. My husband ordered the filet with shrimp and a side of tater tots. The tots were dry, the cheese was hardened, and there were barely any toppings — despite the server describing them as loaded and delicious.
What was most concerning was seeing food runners eating on the line multiple times and then immediately running food. As a customer, that’s not something we should witness.
This has always been one of our favorite restaurants, which made this experience even more upsetting. Sadly, we likely won’t be back because once we have a bad experience it’s hard to want to try again.

1000 North is such an incredible spot and easily one of the best high-end steak houses around. I am absolutely obsessed with the gochujang octopus, it is our favorite app on the menu. They also serve a rare dijon-crusted prime rib that is cooked perfectly every single time, which is so hard to find. The service is always amazing and the staff really knows how to take care of you, which just adds to our experience. On top of that, the view is stunning and the entire place is always so clean and polished. We are so lucky to have such a top-tier restaurant right here in Jupiter.

I had the Australian wagyu delmonico rib eye and was cooked perfectly. Price slightly higher than expected. Some table crowding. Service was excellent. I hope they source A5 Japanese beef in future. That will bring me back.
