They just slapped some cold cheese on top of some hot ham in between a cold croissant. Then they put too much cream and sugar in my coffee. I am diabetic so I always order my cream and sugar on the side so I can control my sugar intake. Service was extremely slow today.

They forgot to ring in my kids food and then instead of allowing me to purchase it from the 2nd window and maybe having me wait for it at pick up instead they had me park and come inside while the rest of my food gets cold . Thats just not good customer service.

Martha, casanova and the skinny blk girl working here are GREAT WORKERS, with excellent customer service skills. My food is always done to perfection and in timely matter. The BK porters cleaning here always keep this restaurant exceptionally clean- never dirty tables with ketchup smeared on them, and bathrooms ALWAYS spotless. Very, VERY good fast food restaurant 💯👏👍
