What a wonderful evening at Evo. Great Italian restaurant in Tequesta Fla with very good service and fantastic food . I have read many of the reviews and decided to try to get in on a Tuesday evening. Luckily was able to be seated at the bar with Ashley as our server and we had wonderful experience. I had the squash blossoms as an appetizer and the pasta bolagnase as the main course . AMAZING . Can’t wait to return .

Perfect, just perfect. The food was amazing. I was blown away by how fresh the produce was in the dishes we ordered. Each dish had so much depth in flavor. My girlfriend had the Sunday Gravy and the meat was just absolutely tender. I had the carbonara and it was extremely flavorful. The Lobster Bruschetta is a must order. It took us back to when we visited Italy. We will return soon to try more dishes. Seriously, Chef Erik should be proud of his establishment.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely Valentines Day dinner at EVO.... It could not have gone better! The food, including salad, appetizer, entree as well as dessert was delicious! The service, provided by Domenick and his assistant Parker, was top notch! We highly recommend EVO to all.

They have a beautiful outdoor garden dining area, but use stupid, ugly, propane tanks with heating lamps to heat the area. Its a shame they don't invest in some nice looking heaters that will bring ambiance and make the garden look nicer.

Will not reccomend thiis nor ever go back. A birthday celebration turned disappointing. Service was horrible, she never checked back on us, didnt acknowedge the birthday celebration, suggested dishes that were tasteless: Chicken Involtini, Yellowtail Francese and a dessert that a 5 year old could have made with starawberried, whipped cream and stale cookies.

The service as well as the food/drink was just adequate. Squash Blossom appetizer was good. Pasta course Bucatini Carbonara we were told could not be plated in two, but the server said she would plate it for us and she never returned to our table to do it and apologized afterward. The main courses Chicken Involtini was horrible, and the Yellowtail Francese was just as bad. It was my birthday and there was no acknowledgment. The server did not check back to see if we wanted more drinks and she suggested a dessert that could have been made by a five year old: strawberries cut in quarters with whipped cream and stale cookies. Then she came back to apologize for not bringing out the dessert with a sparkler. I will not be going back nor recommending this establishement to anyone. A pure waste of tiem and money.
Very good restaurant. Food is amazing but very pricey. When all the tables ae full, the restaurant is loud, but again, the food is amazing.
Food was excellent 👌 a few new servers still learning. Atmosphere was overrun with loud talkers wanting others to hear how successful they were.

Our hot appetizers were served cold. Clams oregano and a hot artichoke preparation were brought out cold. We sent them back. Clams came back warmer and artichoke preparation was cold again. Very disappointing but they were very apologetic.
My favorite authentic Italian restaurant! They have anything that you want to eat whether it’s on the menu or not! Love the atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and professional!!!

What a delightful surprise to return to this wonderful Italian restaurant so many years later to find it is even better than remembered. If weather is good, seating outside is a must. We opted for indoors due to a cold front. Our servers (Carrie and trainee, Kodi) were extremely attentive, funny, and excellent. The four of us focused on the appetizer menu: lobster ravioli (seafood delight), stuffed zucchini flowers (loaded with ricotta), oreganato clams (okay), traditional meatball (very good), and artichoke (garlicky goodness). My girlfriend and I split the haddock special. It was spectacular. The thick white fish was fresh and ultra-mild with a light lemon butter sauce and perfectly roasted asparagus. The guys got a salmon with fava beans and a bolognese made with short rib. Both were delicious. Perhaps the best part of our meal (aside from the companionship of our guests) was the way our servers brought out just the right number of appetizers to share, cleared the table, brought the next round, removing glasses, bringing fresh utensils, refilling water and wine, and perfectly timing (and splitting) our entrees. It was the best service I've experienced in a long time. Bravo to Evo! Oh, and I love that they use balsamic vinegar to spell Evo in their olive oil.
If there were more than 5 stars to give!!!! The food , service and overall experience is always outstanding. Out go to restaurant for years! We always request Daniel as our server, he is kind, knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to go one step above!!! Amazing! Kudos to Melissa (manager) who works the room without being intrusive and is hands on to be sure everything runs smoothly
First-Class dining experience from beginning to end. Elegant without being pretentious. Highly recommend.
