“I had the sweetest first experience at 16 Handles! 🍦✨ There were so many delicious toppings to choose from, it was honestly hard to decide—but that just made it even more fun. The frozen yogurt was amazing, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I already can’t wait to go back again! 💕“

“The shop was buzzin’ but the line moved fast. I’m a big fan of the decor since there is nothing like this in the area. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I tried the February seasonal Cherry Blossom matcha and my fiancé had a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The ham and cheese croissant was flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside - toasted to perfection. We will definitely be coming back to try their other items.“

“OMG I love this place, the most amazing nutritious food and goodies. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful. I’ve had a major feast and stock up to take back to the UK. Big shout out to Noey who made sure I was happy and felt welcome. They even do cute little macarons for the dogs 🐶👌😍“

“I would like to share a fabulous customer service experience I received from Carol at this location. I “thought” I received the wrong salad and when I returned to the store to get it straightened out I discovered it was my error in ordering. Carol was great about it and offered to prepare the salad I wanted even though it was my mistake. When I returned to my office BOTH salads were in the bag. I wanted to recognize Carol for her genuinely wanting to make me happy and for her generosity. In a world that can sometimes be harsh it was an uplifting experience that truly made my day!“
