The time online says 9PM, the door says 8pm. The door was closed at 7:40PM...lazy workers. First time I've visited a DD in years and that's the reason why. Do they even make donuts anymore. Guess I'll never find out since they close before the close.

Clean and friendly. Watch where you park if going inside. Drive thru traffic can block you in.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The amount of disrespect, laziness, and down right 0 customer service is appalling. I asked for a plain bagel, toasted butter only. They put cream cheese all over it. When we notified them of the error the bag was snatched from our hand and was given the largest eye roll imaginable. Asked for classic chocolate frosted donut without sprinkles, they confirmed that and then gave me the one with sprinkles. Idc if you got the order wrong, but the attitude! Not acceptable. Additionally when we got to the window to pay, the girl taking the orders could be seen who was loudly complaining about every car! If you dont like the job then leave it clearly affects the team. My only ask for management is that we teach work ethic and quality control. The workers are young lets make this a learning moment.

Went in for my coffee was misheard and asked for it to be remade, was not remade and just had ingredients thrown in, no ice in my iced coffee so I parked and went inside and asked for a cup of ice which the cashier proceeded to say in a loud rude manner GOODMORNING GOOOOOODMORNING GOOOOOOOOODMORNING to which I was like oops sorry good morning may I get a cup of ice and she said because I didn’t say Goodmorning she was charging me $0.27 for a cup of ice took my $0.50 and threw it in her tip jar (probably does this a lot and the store is probably loosing money) then I mention needing my change and she pointed at her donations. She eventually gave me $0.10 back. Hire employees who are kind and know how to do math.
Me an a coworker came in and we're trying to order but the manager was yelling at the cashier to stop taking orders and was very rude to her employee! Was a few staff just standing around not helping when they were busy so after waiting there they made my coworker drink wrong and he was charged for a large drink and got a small. Just a. Overall bad experience and seems like this store needs help with staff because they don't work well under a busy morning.

This location needs window shades. Service was slow and tables weren’t clean due to being under staffed.

10/7 at approximately 1:52pm Drive through #6569. I visited the drive-thru at your 66th street location in Kennith City to purchase a meal. Not only was the food I received completely cold, but when I called the store to address this issue, I encountered a level of dismissiveness and rudeness that I have rarely experienced in any customer-facing environment.
The employee who answered the phone not only laughed when I mentioned the issue but also informed me that I would need to return to the store if I wanted hot food. When I explained that I was unable to return because I was on my way to work, she retorted that she was “already giving me free food,” which was simply not the case. I paid for my order and expected it to be served at a proper temperature, and her implication that she was doing me a favor was both incorrect and unprofessional.
To add to the frustration, the call was abruptly disconnected, and I had to call multiple times before anyone responded again. I was told the phone died and that I could call back when a manager was available that they were the assistant manager and they were busy if I could tell you her tone was nothing short of rude.
As a business owner I feel this should be brought to the attention of the owner and corporate when I said I’ll call corporate she laughed and said “do what you gots to do sister “ I got burnt coffee and ice cold food almost frozen in the middle. The seagulls wouldn’t even eat it that’s how bad it was.
I'm a dunkie junkie but we are on a budget so we buy the flavor of cream we want and it's less than coffee if I'm able to I'll add a shot of espresso. They are extremely understanding.
