Customer Service was awful today. I go there often and usually receive my drinks/food with no issues but today an employee by the name of Giarrah was extremely rude and even began to yell at me. When I first pulled into line I started to open the app to review the new drinks out for Christmas/Fall time, unfortunately the app didn’t load in time before I arrived at the speaker to place my order. I asked for a moment to review the drinks and before I could read two of them I was being rushed and asked repeatedly to place my order. Now I understand that there’s a line and not more than 20-30 seconds have passed before I was ready to place my order. Once I started Giarrah was rushing me expecting me and spoke over me as I was placing my order. I let it go with the feeling that she was being entirely too rude. Once I got to the window I was given a drink, munchkins and one donut. I had ordered 2 drinks. Asking where my second drink was she started telling me I didn’t order two. Well there was two of us in the car, of course I know my own order and what I had said. I had told her she was speaking over me trying to rush me which is why she probably didn’t hear my second drink order. Giarrah began to yell at me for telling her she was the one in the wrong and told me I was in fact being rushed and talked over to accommodate time. I had no intention of wasting her time but I don’t appreciate having my time wasted because she didn’t listen the first time. As she had rung up a new order for the drink she told me to pull forward. I put my card away, rolled my window up and began to drive forward and she yells at me saying “I told you to pull forward” this was extremely rude and I had begun driving already. I had to stop and roll my window down again to even hear what she was yelling at me.i will be telling everyone I know about this and will keep posting complaints because this was not ok. I did not receive an apology and do not deserve to be yelled at by someone who is supposed to be professional. A mistake was made and instead of yelling at me she should have taken responsibility or better yet from the beginning listen to the customer placing the order the first time. Giarrah was an extremely rude employee and I do not want to see her on drive through again. As I will be placing multiple reviews and asking for a manager next time an interaction like that happens with her. Unacceptable Dunkin

To the young lady around 2:45-3 on 11/10 that made my cold brew, based on her recommendations: GIRL !!!! This is the BEST cold brew I have ever had. I should’ve asked how you made it. You deserve a wonderful life!

I spend money almost daily here . & the fact that we are worried More about conversational gestures , goodmornings etc. instead of ensuring orders are correct is crazy . I simply asked before even PAYING if if I can have my bacon fresh, I WORKED MANY YEARS , with Dunkin & I know the GM personally . I know how food n drinks are supposed to be & I know how something is once made fresh. . Gaslighting a customer and then instructing me to “cook” it at home if I wanted it any fresher Is comical . I can only hope the customer service gets better .
This is the slowest moving dunkin I've ever been too.drive thru and parking area is ridiculous. If you park you will either out a doubt get blocked in with the drive thru vehicle. Horrible!gi to a different location.
I love dunkin but oh my gosh this was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had. I always leave nice reviews I’m 17 I used to work in fast food so I get it whatever but whoever took my order was the snarkiest most miserable person I’ve ever heard

You guys have the best customer service of any place around. The employees are always friendly and super sweet. Once in a while, I'll get a not so great encounter, but they are not there long. I hope the owner of this location knows how blessed they are.

Coffees were ready super quick, but the drive through crew seemed upset to do their jobs. Strong lack of customer oriented behavior, but they definitely made the food correctly so kudos for that!

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Pinellas county. This DD has now messed my order up three times in a row in the mornings and the crazy part is I’m the only car in the drive thru.. so how can they not pay attention to the order? Not to mention the young lady will re ask you for the order two more times lol. Sounds like their too busy chatting it up and having fun. Anytime I order any drink besides coffee it still taste like coffee… not cleaning the machines? Or just maybe burning tea. The new hot honey bacon? Forget about it this location‘s too lazy to put the hot honey on your bacon you just get plain ole bacon.. hopefully management can reevaluate their team at this location and get a new team lead/store manager.

Went through the drive-through three times saw people inside sitting on the tables that work there after waiting 10 minutes I left with nothing
I honestly used to love this dunkin it was always pretty good but recently it’s gone DOWNHILL bad. Today i went there i got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher which was a light orange? normally it is pink and it’s disgusting. the girl at the window handed me my bag of things failing to inform me that the sandwich (main part of my meal) was not in the bag. i understand i could have asked if everything was in there. but if everything else i order is in one bag except one thing i feel like you should say that or not turn your back and talk right after handing me my bag because then i assume i have everything. my bagel minis were completely stiff it was disgusting while the other day they were still cold in the middle. i am severely disappointed with the way this dunkin is going. nothing i get anymore is made right and now im out money. lmfao. the next day (today) they missed something i ordered and when i called KELSEY was very disrespectful telling me i was wrong and she made the order. don’t go to this place they just steal your money

Just don’t go here ? ordered an iced caramel macchiato. I noticed that they just poured iced coffee on top of the milk/cream instead of espresso. I asked the girl if they could add espresso bc I think it’s just iced coffee.. she said well what else would it be?! I said espresso… bc that’s how it’s made? Never again lol
