I’ll be honest this is just bonkers how you got people who work in this store so high they walk back and fourth three and four times looking for the drink they made and it’s in there damn hands takes 25 minutes to make two drinks and some munchkins beyond done with this store the employees the only one who had there head on strait was the female trying to keep up with the orders but seeing as theres only two cars in the drive thru I’d hardly call that a task it’s beyond me how this is eventexceptable if corporate contacts me I’ll gladly give more incite on this disaster of a coffee run I’ll be on my way to a different business to get the coffee i wanted since this store can’t seem to ever make the cut

This it the 3rd dunkin donuts coffee I had throw away after one sip, horrible they can never make it the same all the time, it's either water down, to much cream also the one on 49th and 86th has the same problem

By far, the worst service I have ever had. My order was wrong. They made it a big problem when I asked them to correct it then I asked them to give me a refund and I didn’t even get refunded all of my money. I ended up going to another Dunkin donuts where the service was amazing

Coffee is not made nice at this location compared to others. Coffee tastes like water most of the time. Not sure if the staff know how to make coffee or the shop is trying to cut cost by putting putting less coffee in drinks

I go to Dunkin mostly every day, I have boosted status, so I get my medium iced coffee for $2! When I go to this Dunkin, they scan the code, it's always full price! The guy was rude that was taking my order and tell me sorry but it's 3.73!
The entire staff was hanging bs amongst themselves. Messian was excellent, smiling, and was the only one working. He is what ur employees should be! Sweet young man with excellent customer service!! The rest of the staff should be fired!! This was 2/27/25, give this man a raise, he deserves it.

Laylah and Lillie are top-notch. Every time I stop by they make my cappuccino exactly how I like it. Not many employees pay attention like they do. On top of that, they’re always patient and handle the rush like pros. Great service, every single time. Dunkin’ is lucky to have them.
