Ordered delivery and got a call saying chow mein doesn't have noodles only vegetables and got criticized that I didn't know what i was ordering and told I was wrong when u can look up chow mein has noodles and veggies and meat it wasn't cool at all if u dont want to make the dish right dont make it

Last few times, forgot an item on part of our order. When we called, they said we never ordered this item even though they had us pay for it. New China used to be great food and service so we tried again. The last time, the pu pu plater made her sick immediately after eating part of it. We have been customers for years since it always used to be good. Too many mistakes lately and owners do nothing to correct when called about the issues. Too many bad experiences over the past few months between paying for food we never received and the food we did receive making some of us sick that ate those things. Never again.
