Placed app order at 5:47 and it’s now 6:14 and I am still standing here watching them put orders out to drive thru and refusing to make my order. Even a door dash order made it out the door and I have to continue to wait. This place is gross as well. Dirty everywhere

This has to be the worst taco bell not only was I not Acknowledge and given side eye from there workers No one there was of any help at all. Above that, as my food finally approached me. It was dropped on the ground right before my eyes and then rebagged. And as I opened it. I had no longer tacos, but nachos. Every time I come here its something. I would honestly give them the left corner leg of the star If it were possible

I picked my food so it was amazing. Ordered my own food so I did great again. The atmosphere was nice the place was clean, however the music was obnoxiously loud to where I couldn't hear my friend sitting 2 ft in front of me talking and left due to the music being so loud. It's all nonsense songs from the 80s and 90s on max volume..
The portions were good sized and most of the items are fair priced.

Put in order at kiosk, waited for close to 10minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing at the counter to ask "are you waiting on something?" No I've just been standing at the pickup counter for 10min for no God damn reason. Like tf? Personally I set a generous time. After that 10min I waited two more before I just walked out.
Middle of the day on my lunch break is a waste of time. I'll never go back here.
They served me a whole Mexican Pizza… not cut into quarters, not even a hint of a slice. Just a big, uncut circle of despair. I stared at it, paralyzed with confusion and existential dread. Do I bite into it like a taco? Do I fold it like a burrito? Should I start questioning all my life choices? The agony of this uncut pizza was overwhelming, like Taco Bell was testing my very will to live.
But in the end… it was amazing they had plastic knives and trusted me more than my own mother, to cut the pizza and not myself! Thank you Taco Bell for being so amazing and forcing me to grow up!
