Staff is very nice and professional and the service was good but whatever manager decided that they can’t have tips is a criminal. Pay your employees a better wage or let them be tipped.

Weird experience here today
I stop by about once a week and always get a strawberry softserve cake cone
I ordered, pulled around, and the girl hands me what is clearly a vanilla cone, I say I wanted strawberry, she says the strawberry is just a light color today??? She gave me a new cone, and it looked close enough to the usual strawberry, but still not right very little strawberry taste
Guessing you guys have one of those softserve press machines...
