My wife (Spaniard) told me a friend said this was the most authentic Spanish food in Miami. We’ve heard that before. I was skeptical. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. This is as close to eating in Barcelona and Madrid as it gets. And the good places in both those cities, it’s not an average quality restaurant. The owner invests in quality! He flies in ingredients from Spain overnight. Go here. Thank me later.

The suckling pig was super yummy, crispy skin with mouthwatering tender meat inside. This place is our absolute favorite in KB. Highly
