That salmon looks like it melts on contact. Perfect dice, perfect shine. The sesame on top is such a good touch — adds crunch without hiding the fish.Fresh, clean, not overdressed. 10/10

Based on the reviews, Papercrane Asian Bistro, located in the Galleria Mall Key Biscayne, is one of the best restaurants visited. The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The salmon looks like it melts on contact, with perfect dice and perfect shine. The dishes are excellent and of great quality, including the Dragon Roll, chicken pad thai, tempura salmon roll, crab rangoons, and spring rolls. The happy hour special is amazing with great deals and beers for only $5. The service is fast, attentive, and exceptional. The vibes are immaculate and so chill, with a great atmosphere. This spot is absolutely amazing for amazing sushi or pad thai.
