Very poor service. The people who works there they don't have any idea what hospitality means. One talking by phone so aloud and the other was angry. Barely ask what I want. Don't asking what kinfld of cheese I wanted of I wanted toasted.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway Key Biscayne. I waited over 15 minutes just to be served, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. The employee seemed uninterested and was not courteous to me or the other customers in line. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was in an unacceptable state — the floors and counters were visibly dirty, which made the whole environment unappealing. This was not the experience I expected from Subway, and I hope management takes steps to address these issues.

Lekker broodje. Erg moeilijke communicatie. Personeel sprak alleen Spaans en ik alleen Engels. En dan is het communiceren met een nieuw personeelslid, die nog weinig ervaring heeft in de Subway cultuur, erg moeilijk. Maar we zijn er samen uitgekomen.

Nice sandwich. Very difficult communication. Staff only spoke Spanish and I only spoke English. And then communicating with a new staff member, who has little experience in the Subway culture, is very difficult. But we came out of it together.

This Subway location on Key Biscayne is horrendously filthy. Moldy cheese, soggy browning lettuce, old meats, and stale cookies. The longer you watch them prepare your food the more you want to leave. The staff here is rude and cuts a lot of corners. They threw away the moldy cheese, rinsed out the metal container with water, and put new provolone in it.

Health department please come check this place out! It needs help! Please be careful eating here everyone.

Best subway around. They get a little busy during lunch so be prepared to wait in line. It’s just cause everyone knows it the best and comes here. The sandwich makers are super kind and helpful
