Best subway around. They get a little busy during lunch so be prepared to wait in line. It’s just cause everyone knows it the best and comes here. The sandwich makers are super kind and helpful

This Subway location on Key Biscayne is horrendously filthy. Moldy cheese, soggy browning lettuce, old meats, and stale cookies. The longer you watch them prepare your food the more you want to leave. The staff here is rude and cuts a lot of corners. They threw away the moldy cheese, rinsed out the metal container with water, and put new provolone in it.Health department please come check this place out! It needs help! Please be careful eating here everyone.

The staff was incredibly rude and got mad when I asked them to make a simple cheese sandwich with American cheese. She claimed I was “wasting her time” by making just a cheese sandwich. When I asked for a bag she aggressively threw it at me and said “you can leave now”. I’ve never had a negative experience at this subway til now and I’m not returning until they get better staff.

The staff closed the restaurant 40min before the actual closing time and was unwilling to open up for 8 very hungry customers. Very unfriendly and unmotivated staff!

I order food and I ask for a cup of water and the lady nefused to give me water, says the mansger don't allowed, and then I asked how much is the water and he made up that is was 2.69, its was a cup of water not a bottke by the way.

I appreciate subway trying to upgrade their menu but for being on the Key this subway is not up to par. Their customer service is horrible, management really needs to work on showing their employees proper customer service and corporate should do check ups as well.
Restroom is only for costumer. The personal was very rude, I was a regular costumer till today because the girl was ill bread

Waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery order that was supposed to be 20 minutes. Took them 35 minutes to prepare the order and it's been almost another hour waiting for delivery from a location that is 10 minutes away.When I tried to call the location looking for info about our delivery, I received a voice messafe of " the destination voice mail box is full," and then the line disconnects.

I have eaten subway all over the world. First time in key Biscayne . The store looked dirty. .The lettuce was brown.The employees got upset and rude when I asked them if they could change it. The meats looked dried. Nothing looked fresh. So I left and went to Publix
