The best high end food experience on Key Biscayne. The staff is attentive and friendly, the food is incredible. Highly recommend.

We have been going there for more than 10 years and every time we can, we go to Key Biscayne and enjoy Costa Med, which is one of the best restaurants. Food outstanding, impecable service. Harald always there to welcome us and give us the best tables. Sol, and in general, all the crew are greaaat!

Wonderful experience. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and despite been full they were able to accommodate us and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. food was wonderful and service exceptional.

It's always so nice to stumble onto a restaurant as excellent as Costa Med. It's rare to find a restaurant that rates five stars in all categories, but this one definitely does. We liked it so much that we went back the following night.

Costa Med Continues to be the best restaurant in Key Biscayne. On this visit, but not earlier visits, we found it noisy. The noise reached the point we could not hear each other across the booth. Veal chop was a tad underwhelming. I would not recommend it. Zucchini carpaccio, short ribs, Ravioli and other dishes were delicious. Guava soufflé was superb. Order it early as it quickly sells out .

This is the best restaurant in Key Biscayne in terms of food and service!!! They know how to prepare fish. However, they can improve on the art in the walls.... or at least rotate it!!!! Highly recommend it but don't expect great decor.

We have come here several times over the years and really loved the food but last night was a bit of a disappointment . My wife had an avocado and tomato salad with chicken that was much too salty and I had the branzino which was simple and uninspiring. The service was quite good and the ambiance was fine. Maybe just bad luck for one evening .

There was a big party and it was terribly noisy! Could not have a conversation with my guest nor enjoy our dinner. Very annoying.
Herzog the waiter is excellent. Makes sure all your request are taken care of. Very professional.
