This is a review specifically for Edwin, the Club Tower 2 concierge. This guy shouldn’t be working here, he always has the worst attitude and clearly judges / disapproves of residents. Today he was talking to two women he seemed to know personally and he smirked when he saw my brother in his bathing suit (with a towel covering his upper body) and asked him if he didn’t think it was a good idea to change into proper clothes before going down to the lobby. All of this while glancing at the two women and smirking, as if he was mocking my brother and letting them in on the joke. This is not the first time something like this happens. He has the worst attitude and clearly doesn’t like his job or the residents / guests he has to talk to every day.

Being a resident of key Biscayne for more than 10 years and also visiting different spots within the island I came to notice a change in food quality. Now is there a change on how food its prepared I do not know. Yet, I had the best food today and I have been coming for so long but today was different. Thank you to the team of the kitchen for doing a great job not only for key Biscayne visitors also for its residents.
