I was at the Ritz last weekend and the hotel was nice the room no clean at all. Very they offer a credit so it compensates. We have the club service and it was nice the best part was the service by Mike and the Venezuelan girl, sorry forgot her name. Thank you ?
Last weekend we stayed at the beautiful RC at Key Biscayne. For Sunday dinner we had reserved IN PERSON earlier that afternoon an outside table at 6:30pm for 5 at Light Keepers. Upon arrival for dinner we were told by the greeter that there wasn’t a reservation under our name. We, of course, were furious at this and concerned that our dinner plans were falling apart. We were very excited about the trip and appreciated the nice pool and proximity to the small beach is convenient. The room was partially updated and the hotel itself shows its age but is fine. As some other reviews stated the Ritz really wants to squeeze as much money out of you as possible and for the high price or rooms you really do not get anything.
