Had an excellent experience. The wait staff couldn't have been more friendly. The food was amazing and way more than my wife and I could eat. The meat lovers omelet is huge. When we travel we like to find restaurants that cater more to the locals. Not because of the price but because they want the repeat business. Obviously Alfredo's Cookhouse is that place. If you get the chance check it out. You want regret it.

Burritos are too die far. My wife was upset she didn't get one and wants to come back. My wife had mahi.mahi grilled with rice and beans, awesome 👌 My son had 3 fish tacos 🌮 😋 he ate them up. Service was great and friendly, and air conditioning was cold. Beer was good priced too.

Alex treated us wonderfully! They held onto a credit card we had lost, and when we returned to pick it up, we decided to have dinner there again. Even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing, the staff welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. Truly appreciated!

We are in Key Largo for several days and wanted something different than the low buck to high budget seafood places...we found it! Walked right in for dinner, were seated immediately by Julian, started with a Modella Especial in a cold glass, then ordered entrées...I ordered the steak enchilada, and added chorizo, the wife ordered steak ranchero. When the plates came out, there was so much food, especially on the wife's plate, she took some back to the hotel. I was absolutely astonished at the quality, taste and presentation! I finished my plate and ordered the key lime pie for a dessert. What came out was astonishingly fabulous as well...it was more like a key lime whipped cream on graham cracker crust with dollops of lime infused whipped cream drizzled with a very light key lime sauce...wow! the service was impeccable, as Julian key our glasses full, and checked on us often. You will not be disappointed by choosing Alfredo's Cook House!

We followed others advice and stopped there for dinner tonight. Husband had the steak enchiladas ( added chorizo to it) . I had the steak rancheros. Both were amazing!. Everything is fresh made from the refried beans to the sauces . We shared a piece of key lime pie,although it's not your typical key lime..it's awesome.. refreshingly light after a heavy meal. They do have seafood options,a long with pasta and hibachi.. give this place a chance ..you will be pleasantly surprised..
