Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been. The black lady at the counter was rude and impatient, not willing to help with even the basic questions about the new items on the menu. And when a mistake was made when I placed the order, it’s like the end of her world. It’s Christmas Eve, and I hope you can go back home early and enjoy it, so you don’t make others’ lives miserable!!!

This place was just terrible the soda tasted like bleach clearly they were trying to clean up before close it was close to closing time . Guy in drive thru didn't seem to happy we were there fries cold

The potato cakes were hot, but the roast beef sandwich wasn’t. The service wasn’t friendly, but it adequate. They wanted to charge us $3.39 for an empty cup to put ice and water in. We declined. It was okay overall. Like a lot of restaurants, they are probably understaffed on doing the best they can.

The young lady at the drive thru seemed very nice. She asked if we wanted to donate a dollar to help kids. She did not know what need the kids have nor the organization that the money goes. I don't like giving money that goes to non-profit organizations that don't actually use the money on kids or just use the money on a select few. She got mad and kept the dollar anyway. Probably won't be back.
