The customer service that you receive at this Arby's is the most terrible customer service in the entire keys. The ladies taking your order always have an attitude and when you bring it to the manager's attention they have an attitude as well.
Food was okay for fast food. People at drive thru were nasty and rude.

I have been a local for 18 years and for at least the last few years this place has gone downhill bigt time. The one manager Felicia is nasty and had the nerve to tell me that if I don’t like the service why do I come back. Well living in the keys it’s not like there’s more than one Arby’s to choose from but after her last comment I am going to call corporate and I. Will not be returning. I suggest if you like to be treated respectfully and like your order made not only correct you choose another fast food restaurant!
