First visit and it was fantastic! The grilled avocado and buffalo shrimp appetizers were both delicious. We did the hook and cook. Had it prepared macadamia crusted, cast iron and Hemingway. All were so good. Ronnie provided the best service. We will definitely return

We came for a late lunch / early dinner and we really enjoyed it here. We had the snow crab legs which were cooked really well and were some of the best we have had in a while. We also got the Blackened Mahi Taco special with Cole slaw and green beans. So yummy. The tacos were fresh and light but huge. The fresh tossed slaw was delightful and the perfect combo of sweet and vinegar. Green beans were on point. I prefer a bit more of a crunch in mine usually but my husband prefers softer like these were. We would highly recommend. Inside is well kept and nice. Server was friendly and attentive.

Great experience. I had family visiting and they were looking for vegetarian options. Ballyhoo’s had several and all were great. I had not been to Ballyhoos in years and it was great!!!!
Great food with big portion sizes and is dog friendly (outdoor seating and must be leashed) Ordered for the table cracked conch and crab cakes both were delish The ground beef burger, po boy sandwich, churrasco salad and cast iron mahi were delish! Served big mason jars for our drinks and there was only one server at the time but he was quick 5/5 would come back again

We had an amazing lunch at Sal’s Ballyhoo’s! We ordered the Captain’s Platter, which was more than enough for two people, and everything was cooked to perfection—from the scallops to the fries. We’re visiting from Tennessee on a birthday trip for my boyfriend (who’s not usually a big seafood fan), and even he loved the crab stuffing!
Our waiter was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. 10/10 would recommend stopping here if you’re in the Keys. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in town!
