Buffalo steakhouse & seafood

This is definitely a case of “don’t judge a book by its cover.” Clean, small inside, but they have lots of outdoor seating. Service was quick and friendly. But now onto the good stuff. Tostones were cooked perfectly. Black beans very flavorful. I ordered picanha and they cooked it chiaroscuro style. Perfection, and I added a little chimichurri sauce. Hubs ordered the ribeye. You won’t be disappointed. Large portions.

I had a terrible and unsafe experience here. On August 29, 2025 around 7 PM, I ordered a buffalo burger and the meat was spoiled with a horrible smell and taste. I took two bites before realizing it was rancid, and my wife also tried a small piece and spit it out immediately.

I sent the burger back and asked for a steak quesadilla instead. Shockingly, I saw them take the same spoiled burger patties I had returned, chop them up, and put them inside the quesadilla. When it was served, I took a small bite and it was the same rancid meat.

When I complained, the server denied it was the same meat — even though I hadn’t mentioned that’s what I suspected, which made it obvious they knew what they had done.

The worst part: later that night I ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. This was not just bad service — it was dangerous and completely unacceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. There was only 1 other table and took like 10 mins to order drinks. Picana came cold and tough. The ribeye was mediocre and not juicy at all. I cook better ribeyes at home. They never asked for drink refills. I couldn’t image of it was actually busy.

We are visiting Key Largo from Boston and came across Buffalo and read some great reviews. Well we were simply blown away with the outstanding variety of food offered, the ambiance of the restaurant and the atmosphere and friendly service. Before we leave we are going back again. I have to say that we have not had such a wonderful experience and wonderful food in years. I hope if you read this review you will take the opportunity to visit Buffalo and enjoy everything that is offered. ENJOY❤️😋🥰🤿

There was only one table of 4 when we got there. One hostess and one cook were in there. She sat us. We waited roughly ten minutes and after she never came over to get drink orders and was chatting with the cook we decided to leave. We were excited to try since the reviews were good but sadly we figured it wasn’t going to go well since our drink orders weren’t even taken and no one was even dining there.

Stopped here on our drive home from the keys, 4 of us (2 teenage boys) we ordered the 3lb meal; AMAZING, enough for all to go around and let me tell you the taste was phenomenal along with the service, our server was super friendly as well!! Don't skip the homemade crème brulet🔥‼️

I had an incredible dining experience at Buffalo.The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion.

I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was just right, and it paired beautifully with the garlic mashed potatoes. My dining companion tried the filet mignon, which was equally impressive.

The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations.
