I didn't get the name of the lady at the drive through window, but she was efficient and friendly. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and another one with bacon. These are the best croissanwiches I've EVER had at BK! The egg is fluffy and warm, the bacon is crispy and the croissants are tasty. Thank you for a great start to my day!

Unfortunately I did not get her name but the woman, who I am assuming is the manager that was there today 11/19/24 deserves a raise. When I was there for an online pick-up order, there was also a bus of people, a line at the drive-thru and more guests, not once did she show a sign of annoyance, irritation, or unprofessionalism. She was kind to everyone including her staff and she was running the counter AND the drive thru. Not to mention my order was 100% correct and fresh. As a manager myself, it gave me motivation and inspiration. Thank you and THANK HER!

Well, where should I start? My husband ordered food at 7:30 p.m. tonight to eat at this restaurant. (30 minutes waiting time)
Arriving at 8pm, the cashier was completely annoyed and unfriendly as we disturbed her watching a series.
As a result, she had to roar into the kitchen several times that customers were there. A person in the kitchen had to shout at her so often, as she also looked at something (taken out her headphones and put the phone away).
Unfortunately, it didn't look particularly neat. (We hope that we will tolerate everything well, since we had already paid and therefore ate the food.)
When we ate at the restaurant, more customers came and the game started from scratching into the kitchen. These guests wanted to eat in the restaurant, and this was denied, rather they were even thrown out! The guests left without ordering anything.
Too bad! Burger King should look for new and above all motivated employees!

We embarked on a grand journey from Key West to Key Largo, our hearts set on a late-night feast at Burger King. The beacon of hope shone brightly on Google Maps, assuring us that the gates of burger bliss would remain open until the stroke of 10:00 PM. With the precision of a well-oiled navigation system, we rolled up to the promised land at 9:16 PM, our stomachs rumbling in anticipation.
But lo and behold, the digital oracle had deceived us! The staff, with the unwavering dedication of gatekeepers to a secret society, barred our entry with a firm "closed" sign that seemed to have materialized out of thin air. The irony was not lost on us; we had arrived fashionably early, only to be fashionably denied.
So, dear traveler, if you too dare to chase the golden arches of fast-food dreams at night, heed this cautionary tale. Verify the hours with the scrutiny of a treasure hunter, for the maps of the digital realm can be as fickle as the tides.

Tried the classic chicken sandwich. Very good. Fast service.
Tables were sticky,stain ridden,remnants of food on table & booth seating. Window ledge dusty with a few dead insects . Use to be well staffed & cleaner
We came from Miami Friday evening and promised the kids we will stop at BK for burgers. We arrived 20:45 and it was shut!! Doors locked!! On the door and website they say open till 21:00. I would recommend BK managed look into this restaurant.
