Service was excellent and food was made to order. My complaint is with the district manager who doesn’t care about customers or the employees working at this location. The temperature was 87° inside the lobby. I can’t imagine what the employees are dealing with by the hot stoves.

I traveled 2 and a half hours for my Birthday Whopper with cheese from Key West ... I loved every bite of it. I missed the days of my youth and that burger.
If i can give 0 reviews i will . Not just the service was horrendous, but the burger was not made the way we wanted . No one in the lobby and no one in the drive thru but me and still messing my order . Horrible service ! Tried to called and hang up on me twice . Didn’t get lettuce or tomato the way i wanted

Pros: easy in and out.
Cons: ants all over the counter. Employee was on her phone the entire time talking loudly about her personal matters. Cook in the back seemingly quit mid order. Half of the order was incorrect and took roughly 20 minutes to receive. Horrible.
