You will not be disappointed with choosing this restaurant. First food top in Italian food, second service was great very accommodating we had one night party of 10, second time in week we had 18 service was outstanding. They took care of our kids with patience can't wait to go back next time we are in the Keys

Fantastic meal. Good value. Fresh. Homemade pasta. Fresh seafood. Great flavor. Best seafood pasta ever. Lasagna in tour of italy amazing We are trying to figure out how to go back tomorrow!! That good. Apparently Wednesday is 1/2 off bottles of wine. Wow!

Great Italian food, served by an absolute delight: Kathy. Liked the happy hour drink specials and the generous portions of food! A perfect change after days of seafood! We really appreciated how quiet it was inside even though there were a lot of people dining! As a group of 5 it was nice to be able to hear each other around the big table! We will be sure to dine here again!!

I booked DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo after doing some research and reading reviews. I was taking out my best customers while we were attending a conference and wanted them to have a great experience. Our waitress Kathy managed our table of 20 perfectly, from drinks to appetizers for the table and then our entrees. I have taken large parties out before and sometimes it ends up being a disaster with slow service and screwed up orders. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and food, and the service was outstanding. Great job DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo!

A major disappointment. Not Open Table worthy. Mediocre American Italian fare at best. I asked to substitute pasta with marinara in lieu of having the risotto with the onion crusted grouper. Nope...they couldn't do it. They don't offer pasta as a side...duh.. But I could order the child's portion. Problem solved. Nope charged me $12 for it...until the manager intervened. The Gnocchi was doughy.... the cannoli tasteless and dry. Thank goodness for the Gavi wine.

Restaurant and bathrooms were clean, friendly staff, menu selection and food delicious, my only suggestion is the restaurant needs some updating and brighten up, kind of dark.

Had the lobster Mac and cheese that was on Guys show. That was a totally different entree than was on the show. Different noodles, definitely not the fresh made ones they show on the tv show and completely different shape. Lobster was meh and cheese was watery, not at all what was advertised. We had to send the starter which was the pan fried calamari back as there was nothing redeemable about it. Definitely a place that is clinging to its own claim to fame and doing a poor job with quality. It's destined for Bar Rescue next.

Went out for Mother's Day, which is usually a big no-no. Had a wonderful dinner for six, great service and food was delicious.

One of our favorite restaurants in key largo! One of the best restaurants in key largo! If not the best !! Food has been great for over 20 years! Never had a bad meal !  veal Parmesan is outstanding! Manicott is my wife's favorite! Will be back thanks once again 

Food was excellent, service was fast, restaurant was a little dated but don't be quick to judge as the food more than makes up for that

Best Italian food I've had since leaving Chicago 5 years ago. Excellent menu selections expertly prepared. Great friendly service and good wine list.

First time there after 20 years of driving by it. It was my birthday and have been wanting to go. Excellent food, server was very nice & attentive. Restaurant has that older traditional Italian ambiance. Will definitely go back, should have went much sooner .

We got a good recommendation from staff at Kona Kai Resort. So, we decided to dine there, and the food and service did not disappoint.

I ordered Chicken Francaise to go and a meatball. The chicken was very dry, the sauce did not have a good flavor either. I also ordered a meatball with tomato sauce in which the chef put about a teaspoon of sauce which mostly stayed in the to go container. I was told to come in 30 minutes, I was there on time and live less than 5 minutes away.. my food was cold. Food was terrible, I should have eaten a frozen pizza instead.
