Usually I’m not one to post a bad review, but this was something different
Put in a mobile order at 12:20, got there at 12:30. Front door was locked so waited in the drive thru.
It took over half an hour just to get the food, which even though it was a mobile order, didn’t seem to be prepared ahead of time.
And when I eventually got it, it was burnt. Employee also seemed lackadaisical and didn’t even apologize at all for the long wait.
Worst service I’ve had from a Dunkin’ location. Very disappointed

Gas station donuts, it’s a joke ,go down the road to support local business donuts at the food truck

ATTITUDE , this was the worst service I have received since coming to the states . The girl that served us on the 10/4/24 didn’t care , she got our coffee orders wrong , 2 pumpkin spice lattes , we received was two lattes with no cream , no toppings or drizzle , we asked for 2 apple fritter donuts , she then disappeared out of site and returned with the bag containing the 2 donuts which I thought was suspicious, anyway after getting back in car we discovered what she had done , she sold us old donuts that were dry and stale , they went in the bin ,I have given up using Dunkin in the future , too often the orders are wrong and the service is shocking .

Girls working here can care less. Specifically asked for coffee to be made a certain way three days in a row. Each day getting different results. Always asked politely and being friendly to the staff so hopefully get it made correctly with no positive outcome. I give up on this location.

Service is friendly and efficient, and the ambience is modern and inviting, if a little noisy at times. The price-performance ratio is fair, especially with the frequent special offers. Overall, Dunkin' is definitely worth a visit for coffee lovers and those with a sweet tooth.
If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. They NEVER have anything I request for, lady taking my order always rings me up for extra items I did not ask for, no one knows my order when I pull up to pay, my coffee is always cold (shouldn’t hot coffee be hot?). Workers inside have attitude towards customers. I will not be going back ever.

Stopped for gas on the way out of they Keys 6/27/24 and happy to find a Dunkin Donuts inside the station. Had coffee and a kruller - Calvin went out of his way to make it a great stop. In a world of poor customer service these days he deserves acknowledgement for going above and beyond!

Went to this Dunkin at around 4pm and was sent away saying they have no hot coffee. Went a week later and was given a cup of hot water with cream. Not just weak coffee, water and cream. The worst service.
