I ordered a sourdough breakfast and it tasted a couple of days old and also a snackn bacon but it’s just bacon nothing like the actual one and when I went inside to buy a drink it smelled so bad almost like something died in there and they haven’t taken it out

Unfortunately should skip this Dunkin. Staff isnt trained and you rarely get what you asked for. I've been trying this location for over a year and they rarely get it right. There's another location about 15 minutes south that is great.

Check your order before you leave! 3 times in a row they got it wrong. The only reason I go back is because it next to where I need to go regularly anyway. Today was the last straw. They have no change, so they are keeping it if you’re paying in cash. Not that 71 cents is going to make the difference of whether or not I’m going to eat today. If you’re traveling south, keep on going to the Dunkin in Tavernier.

I ordered from door dash and I said no egg there's egg the cheese was half inside and half outside the bagel and the bacon wow like all the tiny crumbs and broken pieces didn't even fit but the middle of the bagel and nowhere else I'm at work so I still had to eat the dry

I know it's hard to find good employees, but whoever owns this Dunkin has to have the worst management experience. Most of all, these reviews are about bad service, so STOP hiring these damm kids. Listen I don't like writing bad reviews but let me tell you something, I came in here for two coffees a half dozen donuts and a sandwich. Took 15 minutes. The kid is talking on his phone the whole time. 3/4 of what I order was able to be put in the kiosk but wasn't able to be fulfilled properly because they didn't have the items. This place needs to be condemned.
