It’s very dark, has a weird awkward smell, feels like a smoke shop inside. It must’ve been bought out and taken over by new owners. The “late” is cafe bustello, the açaí is as others said just a slushie with no flavor, they charge $1.50 to add jiffy as “peanut butter”, and the matcha is just thrown into a milk warmer. I wish I read reviews before I went but I saw 4.2 and went with it. Now I’m seeing all the bad reviews and wish I looked first. They’re all spot on… it’s not a smoothie shop and shouldn’t be called one. Hopefully it’s out of business soon.
The “Close Whenever We Feel Like It” cafe
Google says 3:30pm
Sign on the door says 2:00pm
Open and closed signs displayed everywhere
Chalk scribble mess all over sign with multitude of numbers
Get it together!!!
Very overpriced for low quality food
Didn’t like the breakfast served.
I’m a local and they seem to NEVER be open. I understand things may happen. But the last few times I’ve gone they were closed. But their website says open. So they need to fix that or put something on their Instagram about being closed. On top of that the customer service is not friendly and the food does not match the price. Ever since management changed the quality went down. And I have been going to Grati since 2019. Such a shame.
The sandwich is had was so good with lots of veggies and meat. It was an excellent place to stop for a fast lunch on our way to Key west.
This was hands down the worst place I ate on my week long vacation in the Keys.
Two people in my party had the acai bowl and it was basically acai powder blended with ice. The only flavor was that of burning plastic from the blender. The fruit was not fresh and the granola looked like it was from the dollar tree.
I had the avocado toast and the avocado was gross, full of brown chunks and stringy bits. It was supposed to be on sourdough toast, but it was definitely basic white bread.
The worst part was this nasty meal cost over $40. We regretted not reading some of the recent reviews before stopping here. I guess it used to be good, but the new owners clearly don't care that they're feeding people trash. I hope the owner reads some of the recent reviews and changes their quality. If not, I'm sure they will not be around for very long.
If you see this place pop up after searching for Acai Bowls, do yourself a favor and avoid it. The Acai is as others have mentioned just ice with a nasty flavor. Fruit is not fresh, and Granola is trash. Oh, and if you use a card to pay.. 4% surcharge. Keep driving, and hopefully, these types of places go under. Nasty!
Instead of getting açaí, expect a fruity slushy.
Don’t go here. My sister wanted an acai bowl so we stopped at the first place that had them. They’re literally overpriced slushies with fruit on top, and the “slushie” wasn’t even good. Really upset to have wasted $18. It also doesn’t smell good in there, reminds me incense used to cover the smell of weed. Please find another place to eat.

Ordered the açaí bowl and it looked good. Tastes more like a slushy though. Wouldn't recommend
Good coffee.
Literally the most below mid food for so much money. 2 sandwich’s and 2 coffees were $46 and the sandwich’s were definitely made from microwave chicken :(
The most mid, overpriced food. Service was nice but super slow. Just keep driving and stop somewhere else if you want decent coffee and/or food :) This place definitely charges you more than what you should have paid and rips you off. Also, it smells terrible.
Place and the food stunk of pesticide
