Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill

Food was quite good, fish very well prepared however our waitress was less than friendly actually seemed quite annoyed to have to wait on us. Did not tell us daily specials as we observed with other waiters waiting on tables near us. Also we had to make reservations online to get in. And when we got there the restaurant was half full. Lastly the entertainers music was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Kind of a spoiler

Always go here when in town. Food and vibe is always great! Waitress was bothered that we were there. Even she couldn't kill the vibe. Will be back again.b

The service was horrible, staff rude, and food was below average. We were looking forward to this dinner and had made reservations 2 weeks prior to our trip. Unfortunately the worst $150. I spent on my vacation.

We had a fantastic time at Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill! We sat outside in the evening and were treated to a stunning sunset view that made the experience even more special. The outdoor seating was comfortable, with plenty of fans around to keep the breeze flowing. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions—definitely great value for what you get. On top of that, there was live music and even a magic show, which added a fun and unique touch to the night. The entire atmosphere was laid-back and lively, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good food, great vibes, and an all-around memorable evening!

The service was excellent. The food was even better. Great view of the sunset from the patio. I would highly recommend them for anyone visiting the keys.

Beer was warm, waitress was serving too many tables and forgot things we asked for like limes knives and cocktail sauce My Caribbean snapper said lightly spicy and I could barely eat it Husband mahi was dry and crusty Definitely not going back

All around our visit was very disappointing! First thing we noticed on entering the restaurant was how dirty it was. Several dirty table tops with dishes not cleared, as well as food particles scattered in several areas on the floor. We sat, ordered our appetizers, plus entrees. All the while our waitress never came by to clear dishes from our table or refill drinks. So we basically ate dinner surrounded by several dirty dishes. The service was the worst I've had at any restaurant. Upon looking around the restaurant I noticed it wasn't very busy, yet our waitress was missing in action till we flagged her down for our check. I made this reservation on Open Table and filled out the question “was I celebrating any special occasion”? Yes I was celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. I even told the waitress when she brought our check it was his birthday. She just smiled and walked away. I wish we had gone anywhere else but here.

Desmond was a great waiter. He was busy but kept checking on us. Food was good, and arrived in a timely manner.

Service was exceedingly slow and forgetful. My main dish came out 25 min after my partner's, I had to ask twice to get napkins, and I asked for a drink refill that never came. It wasn't that busy so I'm not sure what the issue was.

We were there on a Friday night. Music was good. Service was slow. We ordered an appetizer and never got it until our meal was finished and we mentioned it so we didn't get charged. Server never came to check on us, we had to flag him down to order another drink and question about the appetizer.
