We did not eat. Our first visit. The atmosphere was fantastic! Live music was great! The bartender, Melissa, was amazing! The drinks were very good. Met some wonderful people and had a great time.

I came across the Moose Lodge in Key Largo. I always for get to look other Moose Lodge’s up when I go out of town. It is easily found on the main road. The people are super friendly and made me feel as welcome a I do at my Moose. I will definitely be back when I go to Key Largo. I think a couple of my friends are going to join this Moose Lodge.

Terrible service, terrible policies. Couldn’t get a second beer because the bartender was busy with the other three people in the entire place. Found my wife couldn’t gamble on the illegal gambling machines because she’s not a member, it would have to be me.

Writing a review of the rooms only. Did not visit the bar except to check in. The staff was pleasant and helpful anytime we talked to them. Stayed in room 7. The ‘blinds’ for the room looks like a person missing far too many teeth. They have tried to remedy this but draping a curtain over the pre existing rod that fell off anytime you touched it. Therefore getting the room dark was nearly impossible. The refrigerator, while it kept the food cold, leaked water the entire stay inside and out. The mattress has to be the worst one I’ve ever slept on and that’s some feat as I spent 25 years on active duty as a US Marine and slept in some pretty horrible places around the world. The floor was quite dirty as evidenced by our socks. While mostly convenient to all things Key Largo, the price is cheaper than anything around. I now wish we had paid a little more for a better place. We were passing through visiting some friends who live nearby and thankfully didn’t need to spend much time there except to get some fitful sleep and hygiene. Checked out a day early for a family illness and they wouldn’t refund the balance because of a “48 hour notice” that I can’t find in any paperwork or email. Also, getting anyone on the phone is quite difficult as well. No option to leave a voice mail. Roku tv was nice but the cable didn’t work.
