Despite having 5 other weddings that weekend, Chef GIna graciously fit us in. She is so very accommodating and easy to work with! The cake and barquettes came out wonderful and she decorated the cake with very specific requests from the bride. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely use Chef Gina again! I was very disappointed the cake was dry and we requested a strawberry filling to go with the lemon cake (at an additional 20 dollars) and there was barley any filling not worth the extra cost at all.

We hired Gina to make our wedding cake. We were absolutely BLOWN. AWAY. She made us a 3- tiered vanilla bean cake with lemon, raspberry and vanilla bean filling with vanilla bean frosting. Our guests were RAVING about how amazing the cake was. We barely had any to take home! She was prompt and quick to respond, fairly priced, and open to our ideas.
