This was some of the best Peruvian food we’ve ever tasted! We enjoyed the ceviche, lomo saltado, and mamey juice, and everything was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The rest of the menu looked equally tempting. The chef’s dedication to quality shines through in every bite, and the attentive, friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Peruvian places I've been to. What this guy is able to do out of his food truck in the sweltering heat is amazing.
Chaufa is solid and the lomo is full of flavor, which really cannot be said at most places.
Service can take a while but it's worth it if you're not super hungry.

During a visit to Key Largo, we found Rancho Pascual online among the highest rated restaurants. I didn’t notice that it was a food truck located in an RV park, so we were surprised when we pulled up. In spite of the drizzling rain, we decided to stay and give it a try. We are so glad that we did! The food is outstanding, a delicious fusion of Peruvian and Cuban. Our Cuban cook was friendly and attentive. The dinner at Rancho Pascual was at least as good as the meals at our four-star hotel and much less expensive. If we are in Key Largo again, we will make sure to stop by Rancho Pascual. Don’t miss the stuffed jalapeños!
