Rancho Pascual is hands-down one of the best food trucks here in the Keys! Tucked away down the dirt road next to U-Haul storage. The food is always fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and consistent with great variety to choose from. Service is warm and welcoming, and the food always comes out in a great amount of time. Online ordering is super convenient and always on time. The outside seating area is very clean, shaded seating with water misters makes it extra comfortable. The upbeat, friendly environment makes it a place you actually want to hang out and enjoy your meal. Definitely a local favorite and highly recommended! Always worth it!

We stopped here on our way to key west and what a hidden gem we found. If you are on your way to Marathon or key west make sure to stop here and enjoy their home made delicious food in a calm tranquil space. I am sure you will be stopping again on your way back just as we did. Great food served by great family.

Jesus was very kind outgoing his personality matched his food. His culinary creations were very eloquent yet fun and adventurous and the risks he took shall reap him the rewards he did not know I was a (foodie) and go to places to try foods but he was a pleasant stop and whoever gave him that /.01 off/ needs to revamp that he is 5 star all the way trying his tostones rellenos next level and the beef fried rice with plantains was great gracias Jesus. .... Probably the best food we’ve had in FL. Ever. Super fresh ceviche. The tostones with chicken was amazing. We never repeat food on vacation but may be going back for breakfast tomorrow.
