Salty's Bar and Grill

Not very impressed. Hawaiian wrap came out without chicken. Sent it back and second time it came out without teriyaki sauce. Hubby's burger was perfectly cooked and he really liked it. Fries were super hot. Drinks were way over priced compared to other restaurants in Key Largo. $15/$17 vs $11/$13. Wings on the website say $1.00 each. Supposedly they went up "just" last week and are now $1.50 each. I asked if that was for the whole wing, describing both the 2 bone and one bone sections and was told yes. Wrong. Each half of the wing is $1.50. Waitress said they took of $10 for the inconvenience on the sandwich but it wasn't $10., it was only 10% so $4.00. We asked if they could turn on the fan above us outside as it was hot in the sun but they couldn't because it would hit the other fan, and the other fan smells like burning wires when turned on neither could be used so we toughed it out without fans. All in all, not a good experience. Plenty of other places to choose from in Key Largo.

A wonderful restaurant to take a relaxing and delicious rest on the way to Key West. Super friendly and attentive service, the best location right on the water and really delicious food. Be sure to try the mussels in wine sauce!

This place had amazing food and the service was great even though only 1 waitress. It was a Wednesday evening during down season so low number of staff was expected. The Bavarian pretzel and questo were excellent and my wife and I both had burgers which were also amazing. Best meal we had in the keys so far!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Food is very good and the place is very clean! Highly recommend the Taco Salad!

Amber was super friendly and made some delicious cocktails! We had wings, tacos, burgers, grilled cheese and a tuna melt. All was quick and delicious!

Stopped on our way home from Key West cuz we needed one more drink with a water view! We weren’t disappointed! The fajita wrap WITH the cheese sauce was delicious! Hubby loved his shrimp tacos—he said some of the best seasoned shrimp he’s had in a while. But do not stop there without having the Tropical Margarita!! Hand made with fresh squeezed juices! So good! Staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the outdoor deck.

Don’t believe the hype. (Didn’t have food no comment. ) No frozen cocktails on the night $ 25 short cocktails a let down. Staff sleeping in a booth. Pool balls missing / trapped in table. Service was meh. 1/5 won’t b back.

Stopped in to Salty’s for dinner and drinks. The wings were great and the rum punch went down smooth. The pretzel was very large and the potato skins were great too. They had live music and it was loud so we sat outside and had a great view of the water.

The burgers & fries were great and the service was above par! They're open until 9:30 / 10 pm, so you can stop by for a late bite. They also have happy hour specials, Monday - Friday 4-7 pm.
