I was happy to find this 100% vegan food truck pop-up just as I entered the Keys.
Their menu was full of choices, so I asked them what was their most popular item.
The Bahn Mi sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. They make their own sauces and the fresh veggies on a perfect bread made it memorable for sure!
I always order extra sauce because I believe you should have it on your shirt by the end of the meal!
I went back to get a dessert! The Carrot Cake Cupcake was divine and fell apart in my mouth. Perfect texture!
They even have some house made jams and pepper sauce from produce the owner grows themselves!
Yes I bought some of everything! You should too!

We aren't locals but if we were. We would be here everyday! New location since our visit last year but menu is the same😄Bahn mi and blast brunchwrap for the win! Not to mention chill music and hammock chairs to boot. See ya next year

Entirely plant-based food truck with great outdoor tarp-covered tables for eating. The banh mi was spectacular and the kale power bowl was as good as we have eaten anywhere. Totally worth a stop on the way to Key West!

found this gem on our way back from the Keys and i must say so glad we stopped. a cute little quaint place to stop for coffee and a meal. i wanted a coffee so i got the black sugar iced latte and it was so good. my daughter like boba so she got a blue coconut boba drink. she said it didn’t have a lot of flavor but it looked good. she also got a parfait and that was probably the biggest and tastiest one of seen she let me have a bite. my other daughter for a feta sandwich and that was so good with almonds and honey and strawberries on top. i was sad to leave since we are headed to home to the cold weather in New York. the guy who owns it was super nice. I hope to go back one day.

We stopped by to grab breakfast to go on our way home from vacation. The atmosphere was really charming and relaxing. We certainly would have liked to stay and eat there. I got the breakfast quesadilla- the smoked Sriracha aioli was delicious (not too spicy)! We also got a strawberry piña colada smoothie for the kiddo and he loved it.

This place is so delicious!! My husband and I were only in Key Largo for 4 days and we came back a 2nd time for their sandwiches. The staff is super friendly as well. Highly recommend the Black Sugar Latte, Strawberry Matcha, Falafel sandwich, & the Banh Mi.
