We were visiting from out of town and my daughter wanted ice cream. Found this place on google and it looked really good. For being such a “cool” place I expected to see a lot more people in there, but we quickly realized why no one else was in there.
The employees acted like we were inconveniencing them. One of them had head phones on staring at her phone and didn’t look up one time other than to laugh and talk to the other employee. My wife who has a dairy aversion was excited to try the dairy free option which they were out of. When she asked about the other options the lady who was helping us was rude and pretty much said this is what you get.
The ice cream that was made for my daughter was good, and the way they do it is actually pretty cool, but as someone who visits the Keys regularly I will say that we will never go back here. The employees single handily turned me off from this location. Hopefully management reads these reviews, because after our experience I began reading them and guess what, we aren’t the only ones who think the employees are the problem.
Staff were not friendly or helpful. Awful experience.
Everyone will love this place super friendly and great ice-cream and bubble tea
The ice cream is really good and the nitrogen is SUPER cool! I've never seen ice cream made this way!!
We enjoyed ourselves here in February. We are out of town tourists. This evening 2/27/25 we are excited to go back. The person working the counter was distinctly unfriendly, no eye contact, scowled at us, and it felt like she was terribly inconvenienced by our being there. That, and her juicy cough, let us to turn on our heels and walk out without ordering. Really hoping the owners read this as this visit was quite different. First time we had a very friendly server who was quite helpful and accommodating (especially because it's hard to read the menu above the counter, when the sun is shining through the window). We are very much hoping that the owner reads this review to figure out who was doing the evening shift on this date.
Going out for ice cream should be fun, which it was the first time. This wasn't, so we left.
Chose this place because it had good ratings. From the moment we walked through the door, the only employee was sitting in the lobby, in her pajamas. She then stood up, coughed into her hand multiple times, then went to make our order without washing them. Then her hair was dangling into the mixing bowl while adding the ingredients. Needless to say, we left right after we saw that. Would not return again.
Friendly staff, unique ice cream, and good pricing! Worth the trip.
They close at 930 we showed up at 915 w the store about 7 customers in line. Tall guy says they are closing early because they have a lot to clean up. Ridiculous!! No customer service at all that was 20 minutes wasted and had to load up the 3 boys again. Went up the street to the chocolate ice cream spot and they served us. I really hope that wasn’t the manager that told us that
The ice cream is very good it does melt very quickly but it is delicious. It is really cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you. They did not have very good dairy free options though but they have some. Overall the ice cream was very good and the employees very nice.
We love to treat ourselves to Sparkys when we take our vacation down here. We are usually there as they open, daily. So smooth and creamy. The staff are awesome and very helpful.

I have never experienced someone making my ice cream from cream to ice cream in a matter of 2 minutes.

Nitrogen ice cream is not worth trying at all. Made with syrup. Very bad taste. We tried it and threw it away.
The terrible atmosphere. There was no one there, only the shop assistants. Boring and unfriendly.
In Spain, an artisan ice cream in a tub or cone usually costs €3 with two scoops and made with high-quality ingredients.
I didn't take photos because we left the premises quickly.

The white chairs are gross and dust is very thick on the shelves/decor. Key lime pie ice cream was very gross. Chocolate was delicious. They advertise that they have key lime pies but they don’t. That was the reason we came.
