We found the attraction here to be the process in making the ice cream. The server was very friendly and attentive, explaining the process to us as she made the desserts. It's fun and interesting to watch the cream become and ice cream serving. We found the ice cream to be icy and grainy, and not particularly rich. The flavors taste artificial, as they come from a pump bottle. We enjoyed watching the preparation more than the ice cream itself.

My family loves Sparky's Sweet Treats! Every time we come to the Keys we stop in at least once but definitely more if we are able. Great place, Amazing Ice cream and nice & friendly staff. Our favorite place for a sweet treat.

The ice cream is very good it does melt very quickly but it is delicious. It is really cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you. They did not have very good dairy free options though but they have some. Overall the ice cream was very good and the employees very nice.
