Subway should be ashamed. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. Bread was so old hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Couldn’t drink my fountain regular coke, it tasted like flat cherry coke. Very disappointed. Service was still good, the girls behind the counter were nice.

Horrible customer service especially from the staff who work the evening shift 8/5/24 (supposedly the manager or supervisor) she was very rude, aggressive, boisterous and unprofessional. She needs to be removed from frontline duty and not interact with customers. Such a horrible experience and I'll never trust that particular employee to handle my food.

Subway is our go-to place for grabbing a bite to eat while on road trips. We’ve had a range of experiences and know first hand that not all Subways are the same. The store on Key Largo was excellent. Good customer service and well-made sandwiches with generous portions. Some Subways make you think they are bean counting every tomato, but not this one. Thanks for the yummy sandwiches!

Miserable woman working here seems to have real contempt for customers and does all within her power to give the smallest possible portions and make the experience as unpleasant as she can. I believe she actually puts effort into being rude and giving customers as little as they can possibly get for the money. Would recommended eating elsewhere.

Dietary restrictions: Depends on the restriction, but there are plenty of options - I'm guessing there aren't gluten-free options though.
Parking: It's part of a strip mall parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly establishment.
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, handicap parking spots, and wheelchair designated tables.
I deleted my prior review and decided to give them another try. There was a 3 person crew working today. Service was fast, my sandwich was great, the crew were friendly. The restaurant was clean. What else can you ask for. Great job & I’ll be back.
