This location is an embarrassment to the Subway brand. I worked at Subway from age 16 to 23, so I know exactly how this business operates. What I experienced here was not only incorrect — it was blatantly unprofessional and hostile. I recently moved to the Keys and tried to continue my daily routine of grabbing a morning sub. I placed an online order to give this location a fair chance. When I arrived, they refused to toast my sub, claiming they “don’t toast subs unless they have meatballs.” That is a completely made-up rule and has never been Subway policy. When I questioned when this imaginary policy started, instead of providing an explanation or fixing the order, I was told, “I don’t want to deal with you,” and then told to leave. That’s not customer service — that’s outright disrespect. I called afterward to speak with a manager and was told the person who treated me this way was the manager. If that’s true, it explains everything. This store is being run by someone with zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero understanding of basic business or brand standards. Between the fake rules, refusal to fulfill a simple request, and the aggressive dismissal of a paying customer, this place has earned its reputation — if it doesn’t already have one, it will soon. First and last visit. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Subway is supposed to be about customization and customer choice — this location offers neither.

We stopped by on our route to Keywest to pick up couple of subs. We were helped by 'Rich' and he was very pleasant and made my sandwich very nicely. Facility was clean and best part is that they have veggie patty which is not available on a lot of subway.

We just stop by this morning to pick up a couple of subs. We got to go and we got to take out for lunch later today in the boat. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and made our sandwiches with care and a smile. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere.

Attention! Order of operation helps your artist create the artwork you're hoping for!! In my experience it follows! 1. Sandwich size 2. Bread choice 3. Meat and/or cheese 4. Toasted or not toasted (ANOTHER SANDWHICH?) 1ST sub is now out of the toaster and another may very well go into said toaster with productivity at an all time high. 5. Sauce's out of the way now. 6. Cucumber and/or tomato 7. All other veggies! I hope this helps:)

Subway should be ashamed. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. Bread was so old hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Couldn’t drink my fountain regular coke, it tasted like flat cherry coke. Very disappointed. Service was still good, the girls behind the counter were nice.

Horrible customer service especially from the staff who work the evening shift 8/5/24 (supposedly the manager or supervisor) she was very rude, aggressive, boisterous and unprofessional. She needs to be removed from frontline duty and not interact with customers. Such a horrible experience and I'll never trust that particular employee to handle my food.
