Subway is our go-to place for grabbing a bite to eat while on road trips. We’ve had a range of experiences and know first hand that not all Subways are the same. The store on Key Largo was excellent. Good customer service and well-made sandwiches with generous portions. Some Subways make you think they are bean counting every tomato, but not this one. Thanks for the yummy sandwiches!

Miserable woman working here seems to have real contempt for customers and does all within her power to give the smallest possible portions and make the experience as unpleasant as she can. I believe she actually puts effort into being rude and giving customers as little as they can possibly get for the money. Would recommended eating elsewhere.

I deleted my prior review and decided to give them another try. There was a 3 person crew working today. Service was fast, my sandwich was great, the crew were friendly. The restaurant was clean. What else can you ask for. Great job & I’ll be back.

My sandwich was completely not edible, it had so much salt on it that I thought I just had saltwater in my mouth. Being charged for food before its made is usually okay but not if the food is disgusting. The guy at the register does not even under what proper customer service is. So unprofessional. The bad part is I chose this as my birthday dinner, what a complete waste. Great job subway at training your staff. The tables were dirty and covered in food and the floor wasn't clean. Never stopping here again.

There was an older woman employee at the start of the sandwich making line, very rude, frowning the whole time and making rude comments. She was very short with us, and she had no name tag, clearly so people couldn’t complain. 0/5 will not be coming back

This location sits at the end of a plaza. Although they are short on staff, per the sign on their front door, the service was friendly and fast.I liked the seat arrangements. There’s small chairs and little round tables near the windows for seating as well as the wall bench and table chair seating.It is clean and they also have highchairs for small children. There’s also a handicap sloped entryway onto the sidewalk for easier access for those in wheelchairs, etc.
