I am so very pleased to call Island Hammock Pet Hospital my new veterinary clinic for my dogs and cat. Dr. Jana Fly is so very caring and knowledgeable. Kevin was fantastic as was Carla. It is immediately evident the entire staff truly love animals. For over 15 years, I had been going to another nearby clinic in Tavernier, but everything changed after it was sold. I am not normally one to post negative info on social media, but this other clinic nearly caused the loss of my sweet senior lab after a horrible neglect issue from boarding there - totally devastating. But I am happy to say I feel very confident that Island Hammock Pet Hospital will take great care of my animals and love them almost as much as I do! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They didn’t charge an arm and a paw and they didn’t try to tell us to do this or that that we’ve never done. They were caring and awesome .

It isn't easy to find but it is worth the hunt! Inside the farmers market in the back little food truck.

There is nothing like fresh seafood - and the Fishermans house has that by the boatload. Spent the long weekend in the keys, and on night number one we wanted to make fish tacos. My uncle has been going to the fishermans house for years, and drove us down to pick up some fresh caught grouper for the dinner. The location is small, and offers a variety of freshly caught, local seafood options. They filet the fish to order, and you can tell the owner takes pride in how fresh the seafood is. For being a tiny place filled with fish, there was no foul odor (aka filled with freshness)- it was super clean, too. While we were there, the fisherman came to drop off a bunch of new snapper, grouper, etc - so I knew we were in a great place for some fish. We opted to go with grouper. The fish was huuuuge and super delicious. I would definitely put this spot on my key's hit list for fresh seafood!

Support local restaurant! The old lady who did this for us was really nice. She took out the oyster that's not fresh and give you the new ones.

Stopped at another fish market in Islamorada first and they only had one fish and some shrimp. No one even acknowledged us either. We left and came here, and thank God we did! Employees very helpful. Got a half grouper filleted for 24$. Place is immaculately cleaned. No gross dead fishy odor --- like the one in Islamorada. Highly recommend!

We bought a small red snapper and had them fry it up next door. It was fantastic. The garlic shrimp and sides were great too. If you are looking a roadside just about the food experience. This is the place. Outside no frills perfect fish.

This place knowingly sold us old mahi AND admitted to it. The meat was dark and it smelled awful. My child got extremely sick from eating here. Be careful!!!
