Been eating at Waffle House for 30 years, worst experience I ever had. Inexperienced waitress, bad cook, got my bacon - with hair in it - and waited half an hour for my waffle. Made my son's order totally wrong, took it back and brought another totally wrong order. Never did get his grits. Spent nearly an hour there for this nonsense. It's a shame this is now the only Waffle House on the Keys, it was a horrible disappointment.

i LOVE Waffle House but omg the service here was AWFUL. my mother's bacon had hair in it, they messed up my order not once but TWICE so i ended up waiting 45 min for 3 different plates of food and a waffle took a half hour. never coming to this location again, don't waste your time stopping here.

Service was poor. Waitress came to table asked if we were ready to order. As, one of our party was beginning to order the server walked away. Then began cleaning tables. Once I told her we were ready to order she continued doing what she was doing and in her own time came back to the table to get out order. I asked the chef if we could have butter for the waffles and he said they ran out. 10 mins later our server came and ask if we still needed butter, as she carried a couple of butters in her hand. Mind you, 10 mins later we have already eaten our waffles. Food was overall good. Waffles were the best. Service is where is was lacking in a serious way

The staff and manager are just fantastic. They work so hard and I had the best breakfast with my wife today while visiting Key Largo. I just wanted to say thank you so much to this waffle House location. It is honestly the best waffle House that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and I wanted to give a special shout out to the manager who works his tail off to provide his customers with the best food and breakfast possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting this area!
