Service was poor. Waitress came to table asked if we were ready to order. As, one of our party was beginning to order the server walked away. Then began cleaning tables. Once I told her we were ready to order she continued doing what she was doing and in her own time came back to the table to get out order. I asked the chef if we could have butter for the waffles and he said they ran out. 10 mins later our server came and ask if we still needed butter, as she carried a couple...
The staff and manager are just fantastic. They work so hard and I had the best breakfast with my wife today while visiting Key Largo. I just wanted to say thank you so much to this waffle House location. It is honestly the best waffle House that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and I wanted to give a special shout out to the manager who works his tail off to provide his customers with the best food and breakfast possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone...
Some Mexican guy was on his phone watching videos on his phone full blast. Then proceeded to blow up the bathroom. Manager gave an interview while we were eating and the girls dad sat with them. Afterwards, the manager proceeded to clown on them because she was a college student doing an interview with her dad and was being pretty funny. The Employees seemed like a family and joked around respectfully. Very kind too.
